Drought Tolerant Garden Tour | May 2022

As part of documenting the ongoing progress of my front-yard garden, which features drought-tolerant plants that I got mostly for free, I need to catch up with a video that I took last year, in May of 2022.
As Spring turned to Summer, the flowers were starting to fade, and some of the Summer-dormant succulents such as Aeoniums were starting their warm-season sleep. Much of the front yard was beginning to be filled in with plants and some of the walk-through was looking at what maintenance needed to be done to prep the garden for Summer.
A little more hardscaping had been done, but there was a lot more to go.
There was even some exciting progress and growth on the native Californian hillside. The California indigenous plants were finally beginning to establish themselves and explode with growth. Plenty of flowers, greenery, and color remaining.
