Nicki, I have utterly failed to get this system to work with my Galaxy S 10e. It works with my computer and it works with my wife's cel phone, but not with mine. I have all the proper adapters and cables, but no success. Are you aware of this issue? Samsung just told me that it doesn't work with Galaxy S10's, but I saw nothing on Saramonic's site about only working with certain android models, but not others. Can you shed any light on this?
What are the best settings on the mics themselves? This is for basic youtube videos. I usually use 4/6 db and it’s low volume in my video but if I go up to 5/6 on the mic there is so much hissing in my audio.
Was good to know what are differences between the 2 aux cables. Thanks. Besides that, can someone help me to connect my transmitter to my reciever? They don't connect 😔

Also, after watching (parts of) boring reviews (all kinds) by someone with a boring voice, sitting in a dark, messy living room, I really like your background and personality... Brava!
HELPFUL TIP: Tape the charging connectors on the transmitters and receiver when they are fully charged. If you don't, they will continue "charging" forever and empty the battery in the case. Also, the screens are known for failing but Saramonic will happily send you new ones so that you, a techie friend or technician can replace them.
Do you hear the recording or your audio when you are using your phone? I have been having issues to capture Audio, I just record and have to play over to see how the audio sounds after recording. Please advice
Hi Apron! Sorry for the late reply. If you are using your phone, you have to remove the receiver (with the TRRS cord) from your phone in order to hear playback. It's a bit annoying. But the new receivers by Saramonic actually has a headphone jack in it where you can monitor the audio on the spot.To help you with the levels though, if your phone has Pro mode, you can see the audio levels and help monitor sound there and make sure it doesn't go into the red zone. Or there are amazing apps, like FiLMiC Pro that unlock even more features when you attach external devices. Let me know if you need any other help!

Oh no!! That's the worst! I'm glad you figured it out though! My friend was trying to hook up a different brand of audio to her phone with the cable they provided and was frustrated too. When she came over, I knew immediately it was because she was attaching the wrong cable. But it's not her fault since the correct cable wasn't provided!

Hi Edgar! If your camera has a 3.5mm input jack (which I see it does), I don't imagine why it wouldn't work!

I found out about that TRRS/phone thing the hard way. It almost drove me crazy. lol. I purchased a different audio system that didn't come with it.

I need help too, once I plug the microphone and the cable I can’t hear my recording until I am done and try to listen to the audio.
