I noticed the output ports are rotated 90 degrees from the input port compared to the Xiaomi 65w. This means they will be verticle when plugged into a north American socket.
I think this is really smart as it will reduce strain on the output ports.

@3:57: Why the adapter dont selfdischarge?
Because there is still some electricity remaining in the capacitor after disconnected.
It'll take some time to self discharge.
For testing, we need to save time. So.....
