Great video, but you could make the ceiling a displacement for more freedom same thing with vertex tool, you cut the ceiling into pieces and use the vertex tool on it also there are props for rebar you could use. The debris is plaster but I can understand why since there aren't many choices also you could put func_dustmotes and maybe a volumetric lighting prop and you could also put an env_projectedtexture so the shadows are more realistic, these are all things that can also improve this.
"the dreaded CARVE TOOL". I'm personally so happy to be working with source 2 now for cs2 and don't have to resort to using poorly implemented tools like carve tool! Big ups on still making these tutorials. I'm pretty sure you are the only one making source 1 tutorials anymore. Ofc there exist a lot of older stuff out there but i really like that you are making more visual tutorials on your take on design. Good stuff!
