Not a good idea to start by teaching how to manually assign start and finish dates. Most beginners make this mistake. True scheduling is done through assigning logical relations (predecessors/successors).
We think that making absolute references instead of direct relationship is the most intuitive way to start as a beginner. Experience will surely make its part to abandon this option.

Dear friends, I have a question regarding reading the schedule after print out. Lets say I decided to shorten duration of electrical discipline and would like to see which activity is the last one on Level 5. Due to 500 pages on Level 5 I would like to see identification on higher levels on which page search that activity. Is there any option in MS Project to see Level 1 schedule as an imitation of "Table of contents" with page number reference to lower levels?
I didn't need to install mine. I looked it up in my computer and found it I think my dad installed the whole pack when he bought me my PC. I'm trying to learn the software too. I've only heard of it a few days ago. At the moment, I'm only watching a few tutorials here and there and searching for helpful resources. On udemy you can find courses for cheap. Yesterday I found a few fo only 12$. I don't know if O was helpful but good luck anyways !

How to change the task ID of each task. For example, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and so on? The predecessor of task 1.2 would be 1.1 instead of 1
