As to unboxing content, you could also test different kinds of paint and show us how fast they dry.
Ouch. Ha ha. I was thinking different brands of grass, and watching it grow.
These unboxing videos are good for people who want to make sure they aren't missing any parts or have properly assembled the tool.
More so how much product you get compared to foam and cardboard...
I hate unboxing videos, everyone does 1 tiny cut and thinks they know stuff and can tell you if it's good or not. No experience from most of them either and clueless what they're doing... dude can't even say milwaukee right lol
I'm allergic to cardboard. I got itchy just watching you opening it. That saw looks sharp.
Anyone in the Rigid format has been waiting a long time for this saw. Why it took so long,no one knows. They maybe dropped the ball on making the track proprietary but I’m glad they started cordless because we all have a ton of lifetime free replacement batteries.
Finally, I've been waiting, thank you very much! I can't wait to get this saw! I though to buy a Milwaukee, but it's a good thing I didn't!
Ive seen a couple reviews on this saw already and I am strictly a Dewalt and Milwaukee guy but for the price, I think this is the one I'm going with. I just wish they would give a for sale date. I think I read somewhere it was around July 24th or 25th?

These unboxing videos are good for people who want to see how well packaged the item is. Is the manufacturer preparing this item to be shipped and handled? Do I have to worry about getting a DOA?

I am happy with my bora clamps, and can use whatever saw I want. I don't like being limited to a specific track saw - most of them seem smaller and lower power. How do you compare battery run circular saws? Torque ? RPM?
I wish Ridgid would get it together. I wont be buying this since it wont fit my Makita tracks. just sad

Do rigid vs ryobi. Their framing nailers are rebages of each other why not the Trax saw
I don’t like to watch people struggle to get the product out of the box. Just lay out what is included to show what you get for your money. Glad you use a tripod, nothing worse than someone trying to unbox with one hand.

What is that 'aftermarket' clamp you have? I'm about to hit "buy it how" on this tool + 2 more batteries and a 60" track. I didn't feel it necessary to buy $45 ridgid clamps especially seeing the larger clamps you have there. Great video. Now I know what to expect ;)
I do like the fact that it has a riving knife unlike the Milwaukee, Makita, RYOBI and Bosch which doesn’t , I do know Festool has it but I’m not sure if Mafell has it.

Festool, Makita, Milwaukee and Wen all use the same track design. Dewalt, Ridgid and Kreg use proprietary tracks.

Don't get the ego chain saw too many issues with my 18" E saw. I do like how quiet it is but too many other issues

Unboxing. Depends on the tool. If the tool has a lot of complex parts and configuration options, unboxings can be useful. Otherwise most - yawn.
I am happy with my Octane 3Ah batteries with 21700 cells. I'm not going to buy a higher Ah battery if it has 18650s. All mfrs seem afraid to disclose what cells a battery has. When you are showing batteries, please say what's inside - thanks!

Worried that the saw is only 18V and not 36V
I am not too sure about that one. I have not had the best experience with their 7 1/2 inch 18v saw.

@christyler1234 it died on me the other day cutting some stair stringers. It did start working again after i let rest 12hrs Also it stopped a lot the last time i had to cut some. If i am just cross cutting 2x4 or 2x6, it is fine.

Ridgid and Milwaukee are not longer partners. Milwaukee stopped manufacturing Ridgid tools since Ridgid sued them
