Interesting fact about Johannesburg is the GDP of the city is bigger than Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania put together so it's not surprising that South Africa is far developed than any black country in Africa, South Africa is powerhouse in Africa it competes with EGYPT, NIGERIA and MORROCO. In 2023 SOUTH AFRICA was the 3rd most visited country in the continent after EGYPT and MORROCO. CAPE TOWN SOUTH AFRICA was the most visited city in Africa according to world tourism magazine. Kenyan and South African people are similar in body structure and looks.🇰🇪🇿🇦🤍
It may compete with Nigeria in terms of GDP but not in terms of development. Those are two separate economic identities. The two most developed/industrialised countries in the continent are South Africa in first place and Egypt in second.
GDP of Jozi is not more than those countries combined, what you are talking about is the total wealth of Johannesburg which is almost more than the entire East Africa

Thanks yes south Africa is very safe I saw no crime
My question to use guys called Americans do you'll not have google on your Phones or Laptops because you could find everything you seeing in our malls online 😮
Google? what's that? we don't have such things in the United States. How does it work?
@beastmode4617 Trump supporter I know it 🤭
Great to see that you ventured out of the CBD. The outskirts is where you will see beauty and meat the real locals . Thanks for your visit, it was bold .
And no lions and elephants on the streets!!!! 😊
...they are parked in the basement parking 🙈

Thanks for visiting. There’s waaay more to explore here. We mostly drive stick shift here. Of course most new cars are autos & DSG’s fast becoming popular. I had the pleasure of seeing SA stores & brands in the U.S., albeit far fewer! Travelling is eye opening.
Come to my beautiful city, Cape Town next.
Next time just type on those TV boards that the store nsme and it will give you directions
Next time bring your Queen and prince. For the whole family to enjoy. Much love
There are about 600 malls in Johannesburg.
Not all of those are as big as Eastgate. One or two are bigger.
It in the East of Johannesburg sorrounded by Bruma, Bedford view, Malvern and Kensington. East gate mall is under city of EkuRuleni.
Starbucks, haibo, it is everywhere literally in SA, even outside the malls here in Cape Town
Welcome Home Brother ❤❤
Thanks
Yeah SA is beautiful
Tell all our brothers and sisters to come back home
welcome to south africa :) hope you enjoy your stay . Joburg is lovely . i lived in Pretoria for about 6years . You should visit Menlyn mall in pretoria too there are tons of other malls around joburg too .
😅lol I still can't find my way around Menlyn mall it's hhuuugggeee😮
Edit: especially the car park 😂
Yes, and you would be shocked to know that it was even more developed 30 years ago....
But most of that wealth is in the hands of whites and foreigners, so doesn't give right picture of locals😅
GDP of Jozi is not more than those countries combined, what you are talking about is the total wealth of Johannesburg which is almost more than the entire East Africa
@@lozi4163 ,my East African countries are not poor, and in any case the wealth in Jozi is 99%white and foreign owned, so why boast??
Okay dude calm down, South Africans and Kenyans look nothing alike, neither facially, build or any other measure. You can tell a South African from a Kenyan a mile away. Your optometry appointment is overdue.
Clearwater Mall is another lovely mall you would enjoy. Similar to Eastgate with the High End stores and Cinnabon.
I'm not sure if I'm offended by the Title of this Video or this TH-camr guy... my Guy whatever you've heard about South Africa, clearly it was coming from an uneducated person. This country is well developed and we have manners. THANK YOU
Welcome to south Africa 🎉
Thanks
2:31.....Greetings are important in Africa.
I agree 💯
Southafricans love to talk they will know you 😂😂😂😂😂
@@southafricaismyhome814 yes they are more friendly and more supportive towards black people,in Kenya none of my videos got so much love like South Africa I appreciate y'all 💯
Guys to all visitors to South Africa.. Greet shop assistants before jumping into questions. It's 2 more seconds but if you don't we will say you think you are better. Especially a non white person..we would expect them to know cultural norms..even our whites that we can see are from SA are not exempt from that
Visitors to SA PLEASE SAY HELLO to shop assistants before you ask for help. We consider it rude to not greet
In South Africa we drive automatic transmission and stick shift transportation cars i see you were at east gate mall about two weeks ago that is where I work Eastgate Woolworths where the cars were parked In front of the Woolworths store
South Africa looks like South Africa and not America
South Africa looks like Australia 🦘
South Africa we use mostly stick shift.
Manual.
Because what the heck is a stick shift 😂😂. Yoh aowa
Bro, you're in South Africa. We have zero mass shootings here. Relax😂
I used to work by east gate mall back in the days
You need to visit waterfront or canal walk in Cape Town.
Ive been to America and most of them. Think we live with lion and Tigers at our back yards like some sort of a jungle
I think mostly people prefer manual over automatic when it comes to driving here in Mzansi
Lies.. it depends on affordability most people would rather hv automatic cars infact it is very common. Manual cars are mostly entry level . When people buy second cars it's highly likely to b automatic
Bro didn't wipe the lens before filming 😭😂 nice video nonetheless 👌🏿
Nxt time u must go menlyn shopping center biggest mall in south African bigger than mall of Africa
Hoping one day you'll settle here in Kenya
Come to Cape Town
It's stickshift mostly
You would think that with ALL the access to ANY information that you want- at your fingertips- that people can search on the internet to see bits and pieces of how life is like in South Africa (or anywhere else- for that matter)... OR maybe people think the results that appear on the search engines are green screens or 'cut and pasted'!
Our countries are not perfect but developed? They CERTAINLY are!
What did you think that we live in hunts
What planet do you think Africa is in bro
Really🤔 so what's the plan you intend putting down roots or just passing by feeling the water
I'm looking into relocating back to Africa I'm checking out south Africa and Kenya then I'll decide soon but so far south Africa is very developed than Kenya I have seen all American brands in south Africa including Mac Donald's,
Oh cinnabuns, try it at a bakery or woolworths stores. Welcome. My apologies for not greeting first. Just a tip... Stay save and be careful where ever you go. Always share your live location with family and friends.
I have a question I have a friend in Kenya that want to mail or ship me something from Kenya is there any places that mail or ship to the u.s like a DHL or post office?
Yes Kenya has DHL everywhere and we only paid 59$ to ship some documents from Kenya to USA they delivered in 3 days
@@usameetskenya_ thank you my brother for the info
Man you must go spur!
What’s suppose to happen in a mall that you’re paranoid about I’m curious?
Your csmera is a bit blurry. You need to get a better camera.
Where did you think you were going to jungle??? 🤦🏽♀️
Imagine how shocked he'll be when he visits cape town
Why would he be shocked?
@@roblucci2366good question, cape Town people finish me that statement 😂 you will swear they are talking about another planet..
Nothing special about Cape Town .There are rich areas yes but who stays there ?Then there is extreme poverty in shanty towns
I live in Capetown, nothing to write home about, except you wanna show him the Atlantic board, otherwise, Gauteng, is unparalleled with beautiful homes
@@TheHuny85
Shanty towns are created by bantus moving to Cape town from the east. Cape town didn't have shanty towns until the 90's
You haven't seen anything yet...Go to Cape Town... it's got more like Miami Beach vibes and European Styled Buildings ❤
The mall seems empty why
It was around 9am
Great video!
Thanks for watching 🙏 subscribe more vlogs coming
I don't blame u bro, I use to watch CNN talk about us South Africans hunting Lions and stuff and I always wondered which South Africa they were talking about 😂
Lomphuphe usuka leee uzophapha la saze savelelwa bo
Do you like the floors more? I mean 65% of visuals are the tiles.
First time seeing your videos am impressed, y'all should move to South Africa period! 😅
You should visit Mall of Africa as well! 😊
Yes south Africa is beautiful i love it
Mall of Africa is bang average I was disappointed when I got there. I would suggest Menlyn, Nelson Mandela Square, Sandton city in general, Melrose arch, Clearwater. Top malls. That's just in Gauteng 'cause that's where I live.
In South Africa you greet first before you speak to people. That Sportscene thing seemed a bit rude where you started speaking to people before greeting them.
Yes that’s a very good tip to give people. Good on you.
South Africa is the best boy ❤
We drive stickshifts here mostly ,Automatic maybe if you are old or just a lazy driver .
@TheHuny85 Automatic is not for old or lazy 😮it's for people that can afford it,because more expensive 😊
@@tomthumb2226 lol they are still lazy and old
@@tomthumb2226 automatic is for slow learners.
@user-ww5qw8jd3b so air-conditioning in homes are for fat poor families and Fans in Homes are for skinny rich people
@@tomthumb2226The higher charge on automatic is punishment for being lazy 😂. There's nothing special about an automatic engine
Starbucks is absolute bottom of the ladder of Coffee-Chains. Mugg & Bean though one of the best.
When americans learn we dont live in the bush with lions roaming the dirt roads 😅😂 classic everytime 😅 great to see you enjoying yourself, SA is beautiful.
East gate mall
While we have anarchy in south africa thanks to mandela party, but the resilient of the private sector is amazing. South africans are some of the most friendly people around.
Thank you for visiting our country bro. We would be so far like 10times Dubai if our government was not looting state funds.
Can you bring water and electricity with when you move here please 😂
1:25 i see you 😆😂🤣
Bro before asking for help, first greet and introduce yourself.
Then ask for help, it's a way of showing respect.
introduce himself in every strore?😂 You know we don't do that down here. Would you introduce yourself at a doughnut shop? Come On.
@@Inst19ct welcome to South Africa bro..
You don't just show up with cameras and asking for help..
Good job brother.
Thanks for watching
