Correction:
Today(26.02.2024), 7 months have passed since this comment and a lot has changed during this time.
The following has happened since then:
I founded a startup related to educational technologies,
Our startup got accepted from the largest incubation center in my country,
We founded a company to fund our startup and started selling electronic products,
Then, we opened a new branch of our company and started producing electric motors.
Currently, many robotics teams in our country have placed their pre-orders and are waiting us for delivery.
Sometimes it gets hard but everytime I burn out, I remember this comment and keep working!

I already tell everyone how badly I want to go to MIT after I graduate highschool and seeing videos like this only make me want to go more. I will continue to put my all in everything I do so I can hopefully be apart of something so great like MIT.

Wow, colleges in USA and Europe are so advanced. When I joined mechanical engineering I dreamt of these things thought in foreign countries but my country's top institutes don't even match this level. I shouldn't have chosen engineering in this country.

Man! You've got plenty of time. Don't ever lose yourself it was/is still my dream college however due to my carelessness I'd not go there. I still regret it, man.
I believe in you!!!!!!! Remember that even if you don’t get in in undergrad you can always try for grad school! I went to an undergrad school which I absolutely loved but it wasn’t anything special, probably would rank below your easiest safety school. I worked really hard there and I just got into Harvard medical school yesterday! (ignore this channel it’s an ai project I’m doing). All that said though you got this!

Very few percentage of Americans are genuinely interested in studying, America is lucky they still have young people who prioritize their education over anything. Because most of the teens are busy getting pregnant, social media influencers, doing dRuGs. Even if they are poor they won't choose education as their escape from poverty, and those who are rich brats with money don't even consider education as basic need. Good luck to you and your future.

The power of science and especially engineering lies on theory as well as on the practical...so to be a great research institute ,the quality of labs of that institute holds the utmost importance....mit ocw is great initiative but only presents theory and lectures,as a viewer you never get the experience of working in labs of mit which has the worlds best industry - academia linkage and that is what makes mit different from a great institute to best institute

For being MIT student you need more than good scores in SAT like medals in international Olympiads, research in high school, work in fields other than academics etc

Case in point was some CTO of spacex , who never went to any Ivy League but came up with reusable rocket design and beat nasa ( with multi billion dollars of yearly funding) hands down....he never even heard of mit or Harvard during his student days as a farmer,but was passionate to develop and open the best ever firework factory and here we go

I realized that I wasted my 3 years to prepare for JEE ADV and got admission in IIT instead I should have prepared for top foreign universities because my interest in towards research and in depth knowledge instead of just mastery in theory and no practical work
Bro I wanna go to IIT. It is also easier for iiitians to go to top international Universities.
Most of the research foundations for all these awesome creations are done by masters, phd and postdoc students so you haven’t wasted your 3years because you developed a very strong foundation preparing for JEE. Also these institutes get multi billion dollars worth of
grants and have highly
influential tieups with industries which acts as a significant catalyst for innovation.

After watching the Harry Potter drama serial, I have become very fond of visit MIT
It's sad that nowadays young people are more (or only) interested in becoming entrepreneurs and influencers. Nobody is interested in techs and science as they used to a decade ago. Only few startups are working on new technology and research rest are just copying others and choosing easy path. In my opinion this should change.
My dream school that I would never be able to get into.
MIT is the greatest science and technology institute in the world. Stanford is the greatest entrepreneurship university in the world. Harvard is the world's greatest political university
