INGREDIENTS
All Purpose Flour (Maida)- 3 Cups
Wheat Flour (Roti ka Aata)- 1 Cup
Semolina (Suji)- 1/2 Cup
Sugar- 2 Tablespoon
Salt- 1.5 Teaspoon
Ghee- 1/3 cup
Warm Water- As required
Ghee for frying- as required
METHOD :
1-Take a big plate (Thaal), and add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, semolina, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
2-Add ghee and mix again.
3-Now take warm water, add water gradually in flour, and knead a soft dough.
4-Cover with a damp cloth and give rest for 2-3 hours.
5-After 2 hours, make small balls, brush some ghee or oil on the balls, once again cover with a damp cloth and give rest for 30 minutes.
6-Now take one ball, roll it into a circle shape as big as possible, then cut it into strips with the help of the knife, apply ghee generously and sprinkle lots of flour over it.
7-Gather all the strips with the help of your fingertips, roll them in a circle shape and brush some ghee.
8-Prepare all the balls like this then once again cover them with a damp cloth and give them rest for 30 minutes.
9-After 30 minutes, roll one ball in a circle shape to make the Paratha.
10-Heat a big size Tawa, place Paratha over it, and flip it when one side is cooked.
Now add ghee gradually and cook both sides on medium to low flame until you get nice golden brown color.
11-Remove from Tawa and serve hot with an omelette, achar, or Tea.
Enjoy!
HOW TO FREEZE:
Take a big plate, put one Paratha, and cover it with cling film.
Put all the parathas one by one and cover each Paratha with cling film.
Lastly, wrap the whole plate with cling film. Label and Freeze.

can u share recipe of paratha with less oil, ghee, only wheat flour or with multi grain flour.
Follow the same recipe, just add less oil in it.
You can make these Paratha with only wheat flour, skip all purpose flour (Maida but multigrain flour is different, it’s gluten free so it’s hard to roll and make parathas like this.
However you can make roti with multi grain flour. Knead the flour and make roti by tapping with your palm, you cannot roll it, then carefully place on hot Tawa and cook on both sides. You can rub some olive oil on roti after cooking.
Wat we have to do if we want to make these parathas with wheat flour? Suji aur maida bhi add krna hoga and if yes tu kya ratio hoga sabka
1- You can make wheat flour parathas.
Take 4 cups wheat flour + 1/2 cup Suji
2- you can switch the ratio.
3 cups wheat flour + 1 cup Maida + 1/2 cup Suji.
3- You can completely skip Maida and Suji. Take 4.5 cups whole wheat flour.
I suggest you to go for option 2, little bit Maida and Suji will keep your parathas soft but it’s completely upto you.
