With speculations about the post study work visa for two years, don’t you think the immigration officers know most people will be attracted to the Uk because of this? So saying you would want to go back to your country is Cliche. You can take the approach I used answering the question in this video. Mention the post study thing and that you think it’ll be a good opportunity nonetheless you’re fine coming back to your country to give back or contribute to your chosen industry. I hope this helps

The breach of visa is for people who have been to the UK before, it’s to know if they violated their visa and stayed longer that the time stated on the visa. The post study work visa takes effect from summer 2021. So people entering uni by September of graduating by Summer next year will be able to apply for the visa

Renata cherop it depends on the type of Visa you pay for. There’s standard visa which takes 15 working days. Priority which takes 5 working days and super priority visa which is same day. But they cost differently

So basically...my interview definitely didn't go as planned. Although, thankfully I was able to give all my answer properly and hopefully my visa comes out successful. Basically, the interview wasn't like a proper conversation but more like I had to say one word and sentence at a time so the interviewer can jote my answer word by word. I was interrupted a lot of times, so I kinda lost the flow and wasn't able to say certain statements that I prepared on saying. Either way, I am glad I am done with this, hope they offer me the visa......phew it was HECK OF RIDE 🙃

No you have to be above 18. Below you have to registered under a legal guardian if I'm not wrong. Check the home office page for UK migration
