Does a (sub-to) deal affect the sellers debt to income ratio for future mortgages. If so, is there a work around to ease those concerns when pitching the idea to a seller. Thanks
From what I’ve learned, as long as you are servicing the payments to the seller’s mortgage through a third party agency company, it wouldn’t affect sellers dti
I’m also looking for the answer to this. Fannie Mae guidelines DO allow for this, but the buyer has to be obligated on the debt. Section B3-6-05. Someone help
@@tylerporter8001 sounds like an assumption. Its no different really than showing proof of servicing that a tenant is paying your mortgage through rent.

I have a question I live in Texas and I have studied realestate years ago on creative finance i learned the stragety of subject 2 but never did a subject 2 i use to buy forcloser from banks leveraging the bank 100% and in 2012 lost everything do you offer a way to get into your network. I can do Break down good deal from bad and have a roofing company and construction background but I have not doneany realestate since 2012 and dont have any connections or know all proper paper work to make deal.go thru.I now not able to walk due to major leg injury in 2021.I guess what I asking I would like to learn paper work or be in touch with the right attorney for proper doc to close subject 2 deals and network.If you where in my situation.How would you tackle if you where in my situation.Working in your built community with my limitations but knowledge that will.need to be refocues and or retrained.I like to talk with you share my story as well as learn from you because I have always love the starategy but paperwork was the problem for me and of courst deal and access to money.

I just used Prime to set up my LLC and Pace is absolutely right about them.
I do learn. I write down keywords and phrases and research into meanings as terms of real estate. I want to set the curve of class.

Proof that you're making the payments will take 75% off dti and after 1 yr 100% of the debt will be deducted.
