What I learned from anxiety is, is that it loves to freak with you when your calm. When your calm and relaxed or enjoying a moment forgetting about anxiety but then it comes out of no where that mean I know its anxiety and that me relaxing in that moment before the symptoms came shows I am recovery.
Anxiety manifests during our worse moments and from experience during our best and relaxing times. I learned that its okay and when it comes when I am just watching tv or relaxing with family I let it be and move on. It goes as fast as it comes now.
For those dealing with symptoms still coming back n leaving don't freak. its a good sign that your making progress.

I’ve learned that even if I think I’m calm, my anxiety is an indicator that I have hidden stress. I certainly notice it too when I am noticeably stressed. My anxiety manifests in the form of breathing issues, and they are always present, sometimes more severe and sometimes more manageable. And unfortunately people around me can sense it. I’ve started doing this weird tic where I’ll twitch my mouth and stick out my tongue involuntarily when I’m hyperventilating really bad. Also, yesterday I was looking over my mom’s shoulder when she was showing me something and she commented on how I sounded out of breath.

I had an eye injury while working in the back yard almost 2 years ago. I am 48. I have worked a grueling job my whole life. After the injury, my eye is fine but since the injury I fell I to a health anxiety loop. You name it, I have experienced it. Dizziness blurred vision, heart palps numbness, forgetfulness not feeling myself at all. Been tested and blood work was fine heart tests came back clean. Been watching Trey for about a year and half and this young man's youtube is a place I come to get grounded again. Thanks Trey.

It’s always funny how accurate everything Trey is talking about. Been dealing with GAD and health anxiety (cardiophobia) for around 9 months now. Randomly and without thinking anything at the time, I read an article about a healthy teenager who died during UFC training. It was suspected that an energy drink and pre workout may have been the cause. Went to the gym the following day and took preworkout like I normally do and noticed at the gym that I was more on edge and having a panicked state due to my self conscious thinking the preworkout I took would kill me too. Since the gym yesterday I have now been checking my heart rate frequently and feeling even more anxious with feeling it’s well above what I feel my RHR should be. The mind, specifically self conscious is a funny thing. Needless to say it helped me realize I still have plenty to work on to get over this anxiety and cardiophobia fears I have. Love the content Trey and God bless you. Your content has helped me more than seeing my therapist for the past 6 months.

Ever since I hurt my back lifting heavy in the gym my anxiety came back. And it's been a roller coaster ride trying to get back where I was as the anxiety just seemed to have slowed down my back strain recovery because when my anxiety hits it tenses up my muscles bad and puts me back to square one. And it also doesn't help that I drive a lot at work. Only thing that helps me is walking and wearing a posture corrector so my back spasm aren't as bad when my anxiety hits. Keep pushing fam. We'll get there!! 💪👊

In my early 20’s I would get so worked up that my mouth n throat would get crazy dry then from me always trying to clear my throat it would get really raw then I would get little specs of blood in my spit then I really freaked out so I kept going to the doctor and even got a cat scan on my whole throat and neck and everything always came back clear, prior to this I was watching tv and found out one of my favorite actors “Michael Douglas” had gotten throat cancer and his symptoms were sore throat and shortly after I was getting those symptoms and the blood really had me thinking I was screwed but I’m 40 now and have gone through every single symptom you can think of since then and I’m still here… 😂 you will all get through this God bless all of you we got this!🙏🏼

I was so afraid of passing out after a food poising experience that I kept triggering that sensation again and again cause I placed great fear into it! I checked and did blood work and everything came back great thank god! And yet my health anxiety wouldn't give me peace! I kept thinking of that food poisoning experience and triggering that sick feeling and yet there was nothing because when I called the EMTs and they checked they said everything is fine. I made myself sick for over a month until I accepted that the docs said im fine. But every now and then I get the symptoms again and almsot give in to them. That's when I watch reinforcement vids like this 1 to help me continue fighting the battle!

Anxiety is almost always a problem with the GABA and Glutamate system. Look for supplements and nootropics that increase your GABA and decrease Glutamate toxicity. But that doesn't mean that The levels of both are bad. It could be a problem with the receptors. Mainly the NMDA receptor. Study GABA/Glutamate and the NMDA receptor.

@@tristanbellamy382 I've had every single test ran that is possible to run just about and nothing everything is normal but I still feel off it's like it's a dark force against me trying to take me out. Sleep is super weird. I'm wondering if im dealing with withdrawal from the meds I took in the beginning or is this all from a sensitized nervous system still or I have a couple of bad teeth idk know what it is but I know I hate it everyday.

11 month aniversary of my first panic attack. I've experienced every symptom of anxiety disorder over this year.
    I'm left with mild
Sensations that come and goes through the day.
I feel pretty normal though. 95 percent myself. Just stuck with these mild symptoms that like to change daily.
Funny you should bring up ear pressure. This is the new thing that has developed recently. 😂

Yes mines would feel like a buzz shake tremor sensation in my brain instead of the classic shock feeling though. It occurred often in my first 3 months when I was having frequent panic and anxiety attacks. both stopped around month 5 and I was left with many other daily anxiety symptoms.
