All three are great breeds. The Doberman is my favorite though, you can never understand until you've had a Doberman in your life. They are the only breed that was created specifically to be a personal protection dog and that translates into their bond with their family. Brains, brawn and beauty. Germany has created many of the best working dogs in the world.
I had an Amstaff cross Dogue de Bordeaux. His prey drive was on overdrive, but as he was smart and focused, he was able to discern between the types of threats and respond to them effectively. Still miss you, big guy. RIP Dutch "The Little Fella"; Feb 23, 2009 - Sept 17, 2021.
I have owned two GSD's that look nearly identical that were both similar but also different in ways. One was very laid back and friendly with everyone, the other has always been quite aggressive to strangers and has a very high prey drive & wants to chase anything that moves. The laid back chilled one was still protective and a great guard.
Went to an animal shelter here in Los Angeles and saw this beautiful dog and adopted her. Turns out she is half German Shepherd and half Rottweiler. She is so smart and very strong. At the dog park she is the best athlete and it’s not close. She is so sweet with us and our little boy.
I owned 3 Rotties and the are natural guardians. Serious in their approach to life outside of the family just couldn’t get one to past 11…heart breakers.
Please add Closed Captioning. I have watched nearly every one of your videos and just love your info but on TH-cam the captions aren’t generated. I own 6 dogs. Two Malinois, two Dobermans, one GSD and one Cane Corso. My heart dog- Chopper a Rottie died two years ago at 10. I adopted him from a local shelter when he was 7. 110 pounds of Rottie rumbles. 😂
I love my German Shepherds. That being said i have always wanted to get either a Doberman or Rottweiler. I feel i have a very good grasp on the training of German Shepherds and they are very well behaved. Hopefully my training techniques and leadership qualities with my current dogs would work with either of the other 2 breeds.
we lost our GSD about 2 years ago...she was full of energy, great family dog and excellent guard dog...we are now ready for another dog..looking at getting a bullmastiff
I love dobermanns, they're my favourite breed, but they haven't been bred with rottweilers, they both are decentants of the beuceron, but they don't share any blood between each other.
There's a reason that 99.9% of all military and police K9 units in the world use one of these three breeds: german, holland and belgian shepherds. You don't see anymore dobermanns or rottweilers, they are very rare exeptions. Ever wondered why this is?
Rottweilers and dobermanns form really strong bonds with their families and it's very difficult for them to change owners, dobermanns in the military would often get depressed by the passing of their handler and wouldn't be able to work anymore. In the military dogs are used like weapons that are passed around between soldiers, so they need dogs that will take orders from anyone and won't be bothered by the change of owners. This is why belgian and german shepherds are the most common dogs, they can be used by multiple soldiers and still work effectively without issues.
Rotties are hands down, my favorite breed. My first dog ever was a female Gladiator Rottie. I'll be honest, their stamina isn't the best and not nearly as athletic as a G Shepherd or Dobie. I'd go with a Dobie as they were bred to be personal protection.
I have a rott and a german shepard. The shepard is the better dog, by a little, but holy smoke does he make a ton of hair in my house.... love my shepard, but he is the last on I will have... im getting older, when these boys are gone I will be very sad, but I will get one more rotty.
I absolutely love my doberman. He is the perfect mix of protector and goof ball. He was a lot of work but they learn so quickly and love to please

What do you people think about the Argentine Dogo, or Italian Cane Corso?
I had a purebreed DDB. Amazing dog and i missed him soo much.
Giant schnauzer , GSD, & Dobermans are my favorites
Great breeds. GSD is my love though. Keep the great content coming bro!
Had 4 German Shepherds, 3 Dobies, 2 Siberian Huskies. Will always own German Shepherds and Dobes.

Adorei. Todos são maravilhosos, mas, o doberman é o diamante.
Zeek. Keep up the good wrk

My favorite breeds
Out of those three beautiful breeds I chose the Boxer dog
Lost my Shepherd a couple of months ago. I will soon fill that void, but I'm considering other breeds.

Sorry for your loss, I've been there!🙏💖💯📠
Cans Corso is the best protection/guardian- I've had does and rotts, but after training Cane Corsos they are the best!

All 3 lovely dogs . Have had all 3 breeds. Gsd is a bit better at everything than the other 2.

germany best dogs

All are great dogs...Cane corsos are equally good
Cane corsos can be good protection dogs, but they have been bred for centuries to be mainly hunting dogs, herders and estate guardians.
cane corso s are a recreated breed. They have Rottweiler in most some have boxer. You can see that in them.
