I take it that you are saying she doesn't have appeal. That she doesn't have charisma. You are wrong. She's one of the best you have there. She's better than Regina whose sound is very dated. If Katrina were to get more exposure and hit big outside of your country, people like you would be among those saying how great she is. She's one of the Philippines top two singers. She just doesn't get recognition there. If I were to take a guess, it's because Filipinos favor less Asian looking entertainers - a product of Colonialism.
