This one is super suspicious. Faey lost her leg on the last day of the Blossom festival. And the Summer event is themed around Blossoms. On top of that, we usually don't get side characters with a story that ends on a cliffhanger.
True neutrality is kinda cancerus. For example nirvana actually is kind of being dead inside. Shen actually isn't "neutral" is more like "STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM" In a spiritual way.
whats with the Akali hate boner? i get her in game characters annoying to deal with but lore wise shes pretty cool same with Yasuo. its like people cant separate the lore character from the in game one.

I love this story, it’s like a direct parallel to Shen and Zed’s youth where Zed constantly gained the attention of Kusho and Shen’s talent went unrecognized. It’s cool (but sad) how Akali fared the same way.

She is an archer who uses the powers of a spirit to summon blade-like arrows. Or maybe she can even change from a melee champion who uses many blades to a range champion who uses blossom powered magic in her archery. IDK but Faey is a pretty interesting character and I would like to see her in the rift soon

I think Akali has ADHD. This story hints that alot. She can't focus, she easily gets distracted and laughs in dangerous situations. ADHD is pretty common in that age. Not to mention that it can be caused by PTSD which Akali likely has thanks to Zed.

Honestly, they did say at one point that VGUs and new champions usually take 9-12 months. Even if he's in a kinda play-ready state, they are doing a bunch of playtesting first to see if he's stable.
I didn't read this lore yet and didn't know anything about this story yet. I feel for Faey so much and this story actually made me bawl my eyes out. As someone that's been through am accident and became an amputee myself hearing this was really hard. I hope she becomes a champion and if so she's probably one id try to learn.
The Jhin case is happening in the current timeline where Akali is 19. This story takes place 10 years ago, a few months after Zed took the Kinkou and Shen and Akali lost their fathers.
Im a huge noxian fanboy but listening to this story genuinely broke my heart and actually made me tear up. The amount of detail and life this story is given, really shows how dedicated Riot is to making a true, living world. This shows how truly brutal and unforgiving the war of Ionia and Noxus was and has become. I can't wait to see even more!!

Insted creating lore for new champions Riot started creating champions from characters already existed in the lore. I approve. I also approve they work more on lore then game. I play game just from time to time but when new story is released I immediately start reading it.
