watching these videos with just the sound of the skis on the snow and no nasty music in background is just fantastic. For some reason I *love* to watch them, particularly when I'm tired at the end of the day and barely have the energy to WALK lol. Not that I would ever be able to ski like this, but it's lovely to be on the top of Alex's head 🙂
Steep runs never look that steep when recorded! We went off piste a few years ago in Les Arcs Grands Cols and hiked up and across for 30 minutes to get some powder down what was, we thought, almost vertical. We filmed each other going down carving through the powder and when we reviewed it later in the bar it looked like we were coming down a bloody blue!
When I see this I have the feeling that les Arcs is a very interesting resort! Beautiful views, hard runs, and amazing skiers like Alex ;-) ! Thanks again for this really cool video!
Did them this week. Hard snow, even on top of Aiguille Rouge. A bit better in the early afternoon. Some of the other Black runs in Les Arcs (Comborciere, Bois de l'Ours, Malgovert) are also pretty good but were those past few days in desperate need of fresh snow.
@@Davy-g3t dude I posted this message 1 year ago… note that I was in Les Arcs last week also, almost perfect snow conditions (although a bit on the heavy side)
The KL event of the Olympic games was held on the third track... the slope is very steep ! The only source of pleasure I experience on these slopes comes from succeeding in taming them

It often, as I'm sure you well know, depends on the snow conditions. The Bellevarde in Val d'Isere can be so easy yet so difficult
keep up the videos, they are lovley to watch great peace of mind, please don't stop!

Apart from the amazing skiers like Alex you have it spot on!
@@Alexskiing do you have any recommendations where should I ski. But my budget is quite low.
@@daniss_mm No problem, what country are you from.

It is. Stayed in Arc 2000 for a whole season- plenty of variety. Started in December as a non-skier, by March reds and black's 😁

You must be fit, I’m exhausted just watching you 😂😂😂
You make the hard things look easy.
7:05 Neither do we :D

Dude what r u doin that u have so much time to ski, im jealous 😄
Well I'd end up at the bottom with my hat, sticks and skis littering the slope.
These 3 are hard but Robert Blanc in Les Arcs is the hardest imo
Take the Aiguille Rouge lift to access it
At least there is some snow on the bumps.
Hell of a ride! ... 😀👍
Skill 👏🏻
Sorry dude the hardest one in Les Arcs is Robert Blanc. You need to take TPH Aiguille Rouge to get there
You should have mentionned the % of the slope on your telemetry, the cam doesn't restitute the difficulty
Love these! Been working out to them trying to get in shape for next season haha. What app are you using to track your data on the vid?
아니 뭔 스키가 모글 위에서 저렇게 빨리 가지? 스키 종류가 뭐야?
Direkt on the beginnig. Black one is on the left.
I think the black one in the other side is harder
That looked like hard work and no fun at all :-(
Morales qu’il non devant le public
That is not the sort of run i would enjoy
💪🥶
In Colorado we call those Blue runs.
classic
I've seen videos of Colorado slopes most of them are not even nearly as difficult as this
Those videos were not of the hardest runs but they were higher than blue
I would rather prefer to play minesweeper. Looking horrible hard to ski and no fun.
