Nova Scotia Small Claims Court Adjudicator found nothing wrong with this: 2 of my Exhibit Tabs - Tab Number 5 and Tab Number 15. Number 5 was submitted complaint on female employee I witnessed harassed many times by supervisor. Number 15 was female employee response back to me, internal workplace investigator never interviewed her. Adjudicator found nothing wrong with this flawed workplace investigation that led to my dismissal and dismissed my wrongful dismissal and bad faith conduct in manner of my termination. Am I missing something here? @Amer
What about the person who charged you with an offence, investigated the offence and in the process encouraged witnesses to submit negative statements against you, accessed previous complaints that had not been investigated, nor had the person been given an opportunity to respond to said allegations, came to the conclusion that the person had committed an offence and should be disciplined. And then sat as a member of the disciplinary committee. Is that not "No man shall be a judge in his own case" Nor did they inform the respondent of the name of the person who filed the complaint, or provide him with the complainants statement to respond to.
Awesome explanations ❤

Depending on the circumstances of your case, you may have a claim for negligent investigation.

This appears to be an example of a breach of procedural fairness on many levels.
