- Today I share with you a fragrance that I love to wear in Autumn! Frederic Malle’s French Lover, or Bois D'Orage as it is sometimes referred to, is the perfect accompaniment for when the nights draw in and the days get cooler.

I was looking for you to partake on the eau de versions; if you will. Maybe uh... Not! Anyway, I guess I'll have to Google it for the take on the concentration. I'm only interested in EDP, Parfums, and Extraits levels. I know not to annoy certain people by over spraying too much. I 'm a niche type of guy, and I will no longer waste money buying cheap smelling cologne that don't provide for longevity, siage, and projection; but typically the uniqueness.

I'm obsessed with Editions de Parfum, and have tried French Lover -- it comes across very much as a gin and tonic on me (on account of the juniper) even in the dry down. if you like woodsy fragrances, Vétiver Extraordinaire from Malle is complex, beautiful, and addictive. I also use Bigarade Concentrée and Eau de Magnolia.. and am still experimenting with things from Malle, and Le Labo, to add to my collection
Frederic Malle perfumes are just amazing. The price you will pay worth it, believe me.

Great review! Tried and tested at work and I can approve. Gives of a natural and clean woodsy smell and I was comfortable wearing it. I think it has been compared to Terre D'Hermes but I like this one more.

Just got from the mall King of Prussia Mall.. Wooow what wonderful scent ,was like a kid in the candy store i don't want to leave lololo..

never tried any frederic malle scents.. def gonna look into them as woody scents do well on my skin. great video friend

I have used this for the past year or so , perfume & body wash which was called Bois D’orage , love it , gets lots of compliments..
My favorite one ☝️ is الوعد (promise ) by Frederic Malle

I’ve dropped creed recently because of discrepancies over complimentary miniatures they renegaded on...french lover I’ve been studying reviews for a while now, it will either be this or duro nassomatto next.
I have tried nassomatto duro and it is beautiful. You would not be able to go wrong with either in my opinion.

Hey mate, I would say it is a little expensive. Maybe try a designer fragrance like Dior Sauvage... He will love it!
