- An Utrecht-based Reddit user captured the sound of a wonderful musical tribute to electronic dance music star Avicii, who had been found dead in Oman the previous day.
The three-minute video shows a portion of a tribute by Utrecht city carillonneur Malgosia Fiebig. Fiebig tweeted that she would perform three of Avicii’s songs (Wake Me Up, Without You and Hey Brother) in the city’s famous Dom Tower the next morning.

and what must be added- she's a carillonist meaning she's expertised playing the carrilion 😉 As for the idea- it was spot-on, however it wouldn't have been accepted by the Polish clergy as the guy had committed suicide. Fortunately, the Dutch church is light years more reformed and apparently less backward than its Polish counterpart.

My childhood is gone. I grew up with his remixes. I may be only 13 years old, but it's enough for me to understand how much this man has accomplished, and he left his mark on the world. Levels was a work of art and I would constantly listen to it. Wake me up was another amazing one. So many great remixes. It's never easy to let go, but he had some horrible health issues. He let go of the pain and he is free. The barriers of pain and stress are no more. He was a huge inspiration and he got me through my toughest times. Especially when my parents divorced. I just hope he can spread his beats through the heavens. I can't believe the time has come to say this, but Rest In Peace and most of all, stay groovy! 😢

Gleb Kozhev for the better lol his songs has marked moments of my life, I started listening to him when I was 12 (with Seek Bromance), now I'm turning 20 (and I've been listening to his new EP for awhile now). Also, whenever I was feeling down, I used to listen to his songs, especially during the "True" era.

Avicii and his music was a place you could go to finding comfort and all those happy emotions. His music taught us about life, hardship, family, love but most of all made us all happy with ingenious melodies. He was a constant in my life. And now he’s gone. Just terrible.
