I got busted twice up in Ontario and the cops were kind of smart asses. First time they took my friends weed and actually wrote him a ticket. Second time the cops searched the entire vehicle as if they thought a couple of teenagers had pounds on them even though we told them we had no weed.

Ryan Ralston heroin carries a much harsher penalty than weed. It's a completely different charge because it's a different "schedule" drug. A gram of weed in my state is maybe drug diversion. (Classes etc...)A gram of heroin is a trafficking charge and that's 3yrs minimum. So if one person can gets caught with weed and it's his first offense and the other gets caught with heroin, it's such a different charge and sentence.

Although, a lot of Arkansas police would hit you for reckless driving at that speed because they are allowed to use discretion over 10 MPH over the limit.
