This is the brand new Range Rover, and Mat’s got his hands on one for an all-new in-depth review!
Now although it still clearly looks like a Range Rover, there are a number of exterior design updates which distinguish it from older models. For example, at the back, there are some all-new tail lights, while the rest of the car has a sleek & modern look to it.
Once you take a step inside, you’ll find an updated interior style along with an all-new infotainment system to use. And of course, as you’d expect, high-quality materials are used throughout the cabin.
Once you move to the back seats, there are a number of bespoke options to choose from. For example, you could choose to go for a luxurious 4-seater model, and now, for the first time, you can get the Range Rover as a 7-seater!
Prices start from £95,000, raising to approximately £150,000 for the top-of-the-range 4.4-litre V8 powered model! But is it worth it? And more importantly, has the design improved compared to the previous model? You’ll need to keep watching to find out!

Mat Watson is by far, the best car reviewer I have ever watched on TH-cam. Whenever I want to see a car review, I look to Carwow, because Mat does the best reviews on cars, even if I don't agree with his verdicts or what he says. He should definitely get the new Range Rover, for it suits him and he should spec the paint colour that HE LIKES, not what others suggest.

Really enjoying Mat's reviews! Great looking car for sure. Love the styling, especially outside, very tidy. All looks good... well on paper at least! Reliability is yet to be seen, but if you judge by past performance, I am yet to meet an owner, who hasn't had serious issues!
In the past few years I've had 2 Jag XFs and one RR (Velar 3.0) and 2 out of the three broke down on me. The Velar in the middle of nowhere with a disabled passenger. This new RR looks fantastic, and will no doubt be dynamic to drive, but I would never consider a JLR car again as they just are too unreliable. And SO much to go wrong on this.

The interior of new Range Rover are so sexy 😍😩 and has 7 seater (except SVAutobiography). The exterior design bit ugly but it doesn't matter but yeah, Land Rovers aren't known for one of the most unreliable cars 😔
I love how Range Rover stuck with their guns and kept the floor shifter instead of those stupid buttons or rotary dials. And I've never seen a sleeker design than those invisible turn signals. Absolutely stunning. This car has got to be the bust SUV out there inside and out. 10/10!

When we lived in rural England, our local village garage had Land and Range Rovers in the shop constantly. I don't understand how their involvement with BMW (is that still happening, or are they now Chinese?) didn't lead to improved reliability. I guess those with that much moolah use Volvo XC90 when the RR is out of action. Bless.

This has a drag coefficient of 0.30 which is very low for a car this big. To put it into context the 5th gen BMW 7 series has a drag coefficient of 0.31

Maybe in Germany, then the engine is important lol, the speed limit is only 110 km/h out here in Australia. So basically you can take off really quickly, but gotta stay at 110 if you wanna keep your license lol
The most important thing is reliability, sadly Land Rover is at the bottom of the list. If you want one don’t travel far from a dealer !

Wow fantastic job, beautiful interior. While the GLS comes in a bit cheaper, i'm struggling to see why a buyer would opt for the GLS over this or the X7. I love that RR offered a 3rd row that looks reasonable for adults. Very smart to offer a hybrid, as BMW & Merc do not. Plus rear wheel steering, a 2nd row that hinges forward for those of us with kids in car seats, and an all-electric powertrain in the future! This will be the new 3-row luxury SUV of choice in the US. What's not to like? Oh yeah, reliability concerns. Hopefully there's been progress in that area too

Love the new range! That new back is so sleek and modern. When they a complete change of the front hope it looks as good as the back.
I really hope LR will make the 4 seater config for the short wheel base version, not necessary for the LWB top of the line SV autobio. I would def paying for the 4 seater option if available for every trim level.

That doesn't matter to the wealthy. Once the lease is up, its up to the fakers to maintain it.
Reliability is much better now. The Reliability was bad with the older versions of land rovers and range rover.

@@antmarquis87 lol. I hear you. I’m familiar w them because my older cousin and uncle have leased and owned range rovers for over a decade now. They r not super wealthy but well to do and hard working but despite the luxury on the array of Range Rovers they have the opportunity to own, I can’t say any more for the suv other than that lol
