If you listen to the whole theme of Metal Gear Solid 2 and Zone of the Enders (1 or 2, can't remember.), you will recognize it and you will realize they're very close. Even the main menu of Winning Eleven 7 shares a lot of similarities to the artwork of ZotE and MGS2.
