Halo 3 was actually my first, first person shooter game i ever played, and then i played reach, the only 2 FPSs i've ever played, I enjoyed them a lot, Halo 3 was also the second XBOX360 game i ever played, first being Minecraft. (Played all of these at my friend's house having not had an XBOX360 yet)
Halo is one of the only video game characters from my childhood left that still brings out that "Kid thinking that a hero is so cool" feeling. I play PlayStation now but god damn I still Have my Xbox 360. I might buy a halo game for that just to replay my childhood.

The first time I’ve ever played Halo 4 was during the winter of 2012. I invited my friend over to play it, and we played the first part of the campaign. After several minutes, we reached the end of the first part, we soon realized we were playing on legendary the entire time.
Watching after the Infinite gameplay reveal... Damn it makes Halo 4 look even worse. I mean I never liked the overly militaristic and gritty look of 4 and 5 but now it's even more stark for me.
