    Angaya Podi Recipe
    Angaya Podi | Postpartum Recipe | அங்காய பொடி
    Sundried Neem Flower : 1 cup
    Sundried and Salted Turk Berries : 1/2 cup
    Sundried & Salted Black Nightshare : 1/4 cup
    Toor Dal : 1/2 cup
    Coriander Seeds: 1/2 cup
    Black Pepper : 1 tsp
    Jeera : 1 tsp
    Fenugreek Seeds : 1/2 tsp
    Long Red Chilli : 3
    Curry Laves : Handful
    Dry Ginger Powder : 1 tsp
    Asafoetida
    Add less Rock salt as we added Salted Turkberries & Salted Black Night Shade
    Dryroast all & Powder it
    Store in a Airtight Jar
    In hot rice, add a tsp of Angaya Podi & 2 tsp of Gingely Oil OR Cow Ghee. Mix well and have first before you eat proper meal.

      Omam is mainly for digestion and good for our system. As we added lots of other ingredients, this can be skipped
