I use this bread and I have diabetes and I get no spikes that go out of range....I only have a slice in the morning or sometime 2 if I make a sandwich... No Spike...
647 bread tastes like wonder bread and has 8 grams of fiber. You dont mention taste because people really into fitness dont even taste food anymore. 647 bread is for people who need fiber and hate healthy tasting bread.
