    I noticed that ChessBase India has the best camera setups when covering Blitz OTB. The angle and view of the board are excellent, therefore they're producing great videos, too. Kudos to ChessBase India! (By the way, this video has a wrong title, this is a blitz game, not rapid.)

    Magnus has done this time wasting thing in many games but i dont think he lost any game before because of that but today the excess pressure that he had to handle because of time was one of the main reasons which i think for losing the game hope magnus learns about this mistake and never does this again

    • @jibiteshsaha4392
      @jibiteshsaha4392 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's not time wasting
      It is a way to get into the zone
      Which is helpful
      Opponent had a very strong prep
      He was very fast which built a lot of pressure for Magnus and he had to think for a long time
      It's not totally depended upon the time taken on the first move

    • @golendorfjules1838
      @golendorfjules1838 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @John Brower You're having a fundamental misunderstanding, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about, it backfired once in 2000 games, it's called "working excessively well, beyond John Brower's wildest dream".
      You also need to understand Magnus has to play dubious stuff to get much lower rated opponent out of preparation.
      Props to the polish player but objectively speaking one must understand Magnus can draw this guy with 20 secs on the clock with black if he wants to, that magnus always play for the win against (much) lower rated opponent even with black and even when the opponent comes up with excellent and strong preparation, and he does just that pretty well without much time on the clock, a feat that nobody else is able to do. It's not being cocky, it's being the best at something. Magnus did not ever once lose a game because of those 20 seconds of aligning pieces and stuff
