My midnight green 11pro max is starting to run slower and die within 24 hours. I run on power saving all the time. Other than that, I’ve never bothered with battery. It was a fantastic phone. Changing it today to the 15 pro max. Pretty concerned about how comfortable the 11 has been ergonomically. I’m only changing it because it’s reached it’s limit for me.
I think there is a huge gap between this two iphones especially in size, gaming, camara,etc but to be honest iphone 11 pro max still rock 🗿. Thanks Matt for the review. ❤
Im not sure where you guys bought yalls phones from but my iPhone 11 Pro Max 64GB is still running great, battery lasts and I love videos, still charges fast even at 70% life left, great phone overall, first and only owner not refurbished, im seeing some of yall had it 3 years and its messing up thats wild, my phone still as good as when I bought it, and that was the within the first 3 months it came out

Iphone 15 pro max usb c was the major trigger point to upgrade from the antique lightning port. I just repurpo the cable for cable ties and what a relief to just have 1 type of usb c cable in the collection . The lightning port of the 11 pro max always has issue of not able to charge properly at one go compared to usb c that is so reliable . !! Finally !!

I own ONE singular lighting cable while I own DOZENS of usb c cables. So as soon as had the chance I upgraded! Even tho The type c port should’ve been introduced ages ago
I have an 11pro max and it’s so durable hasn’t smashed once no matter how many times i accidentally drop it! The camera is good enough but I wish I had promotion and the dynamic island. I would upgrade but I can’t afford it so i guess I’m sticking with it.
If I had a choice, I'd love to get a 13inch MBA M2 in silver. My old laptop was a 2013 15inch Macbook Pro and it recently got broken. The 1-120hz compared to the 60hz I don't really care about unless you use it for gaming maybe. The larger sensor in the camera and being able to shoot raw where the iphone 11 is jpeg only, then upgrade. It didn't look snappier to me with the opening of the apps. Day to day real world use people won't really notice the difference. If you like photography and gaming maybe worth the upgrade, other than that I think I'll wait for the 16 next year. Nice review 👍
@@mikaelafox6106 It's just a faster refresh rate mate. You get more Frames Per Second, which gives a smoother motion on the display. Better for gaming really.

I upgraded from an iPhone 11 Pro to iPhone 15 Pro Max. The first thing I noticed was battery life. I unplugged at 8AM and I still got over 50 percent at 7PM after the ios17.1 update, battery life greatly improved. I can also notice the bezel size from 11 to 15. Which provides an immersive view. Also, I’m enjoying 120HZ pro motion, significant camera improvement and more. I’m really satisfied❤🎉.
@@hilmaallen1302It depends on your situation. If you can hold off for another year, you can still wait and get 16 . Or if your battery health for 11 is poor you can upgrade. It’s up to your decision.
This comparison really shows that apple is realy working well on their devices. It makes me feel like the iPhone 11 is the se of flagship apple smartphones.
Last year, until it broke shortly into the summer, I still had my iPhone XS. Despite it showing its age and guaranteed to NOT include ALL of iOS 16’s new features, I felt it would be good until the end of the year. However, it broke shortly into the summer and I had to borrow a friend’s iPhone 7 Plus until I could get my hands on a 14 Pro! My parents are still on their iPhone 12 Minis but since they aren’t as tech savvy as me, I think they may not want to upgrade until the iPhone 17 range arrives. My laptop’s seen better days so hopefully I’ll be able to afford to build a gaming PC, powerful enough to at least run Starfield and upgrade to Windows 12, by summer’s end 2024!
Hmm. I was really hoping you'd show the differences in the 11 vs the 15 in terms of opening apps. Have some big data useage apps on both phones (like Jurassic world alive, candy crush, Pokémon go, that sort of thing), and tap the app icons _at the same time_ so we can see if the 15 opens the app faster, slower, or the same as the 11. My lovely green 11 pro max has been super laggy the last few months (before and after updating the iOS), crashing apps, and overheating. I'm at my wits end with it and I'm so tempted to upgrade. I never trade my phones in though. 😁

Still got the 11 pro max in 2023. 6.5” is the perfect size screen for gaming and videos. Not too big or small.

I was in a similar situation as you , i had my iphone 11 pro max for about 3 years i guess that’s one of the reasons the battery became weak

I’ve never had problems charging it. You had cheap cables.

The iPhone 11 in this video is not a pro max. it’s one of the smaller models. The 15 pro max is only 0.2 inches bigger than the 11 pro max.

That's useless, apps don't open at the same time every time even then it's maybe at most 1-2 sec difference
