Honestly people may call me crazy but I just ordered an 11 pro max I’m downgrading you can say from the 12 pro, my 12 pros battery hasn’t been up to snuff and I want a larger screen and more storage I paid 630 for an 11 pro max with 256 gb seeing this phone keep up with the 13 pro makes me feel like I made the right choice for myself. I’ll be selling my 12 pro soon and with my son being born 5 weeks ago I know that 256 gb iPhone will be put to work, great job on the comparison!
I also downgraded from the 12 Mini to the 11 Pro and I have to say god bless that 11 Pro battery, sooo much better, I am only missing the Wide Angle Night Mode...

Where did you get your iPhone? Cause I saw refurbished ones on Apple for 1,000 and over?!!!!
@@heatherschoenke7966 yeah tried a 12 pro max and just way too big I don’t think I have small hands but they’re bricks, for the office through swappa that’s where I get all my second hand phones you will find one there for my less and in mint condition I’m sure.
I believe that technology should be smaller as it gets better, the size jump of the camera implies that it is that much better because it is bigger but it really isn’t that much better
@@Liv-ky4ev I just did 11 pro max > 13 pro max and it is a huge difference. The modem/signal is so much better, places I didnt have signal i do now. The screen is way better. The cameras are better. Not to say it makes sense to spend all that money, but its a big jump

Camera and video capabilities are so good, 120 Hz refresh rate is honestly super noticeable and feels smooth as butter, and the dynamic island notch is fun and useful. I tend to think that year over year upgrades aren’t worth it, but upgrading every two years is.
To my eyes, the 11 Pro seems to be sharper. Specifically when you were using the zoom, it looked like the leaves in the 13 were blurry compared to those in the 11 shot. I thought the same with the front facing camera shots of your face. Do you have any other settings that would cause this to be the case? Would there be any other reason this might be the case? I can't get a brand new iPhone 11 Pro with a bigger storage here in our country so I opted for iPhone 13 Pro. iPhone 11 Pro is still a good phone especially I like that round edges.

Compared to my camera canon sx720 in daylight the canon get’s 9/10 the iphone 7.5/10 but when filming in 4 k the iphone is the better choice i have a se first generation.
That is helpful. I need to get a new kit for my two TH-cam channels. So far I had been using a 10 year old iPhone SE (not that bad actually) and a Nikon D5000 sir with a tele zoom lens.. But the Nikon got stolen and the iPhone is nearing the end of its useful life.. So I have been watching all sorts of reviews and considering Sony ZV1, ZV10, Canon M50, iPhone 12 Pro etc.. a new iPhone plus a ZV1 is probably not that good a combination as neither gives me a tele option for photography. So I am currently thinking of iPhone + a ZV10/M50 or similar-
personally i own the iphone se 2020 and its pretty awful the battery dies within 3-4 hours as well as i want 120hz refresh rate on the display since my monitor is 144hz itd be nice to see a phone be higher than 60 and the cameras too its a massive jump from the se to 13 pro
I only upgraded because my 11 Pro got water damaged two weeks ago and AT&T had a a promo where I got $700 towards iPhone 13 pro thinking if I can trade this in For the 14 Pro since it’s so close Edit : I can’t been over 14 days lol. It’s cool tho.
As I know the iPhone 13 pro max shares the same camera features as the 13 pro. Now the 11 has 2 cameras.. Not sure about the other features, better to check it on apple as well

In my opinion if you have an 11 pro or 11 pro max I would keep it for at least 1 more year as there is no crazy big difference between the 11 pro and pro max and 13 pro and 13 pro max and same goes with standard 11 vs standard 13 I am keeping my standard 11 it’s amazing and it’s almost the same thing as the 13 also I hate how some people be acting like the 11 series is old it’s not lol it’s only 2 years old that’s still decently new also new subscriber

I was really hoping the front facing cameras video would be a significant upgrade. Still not a great experience there. Very blurry and lots of artifacting in your parking garage example. Actually kind of surprised with how much they hyped the cameras it looks that bad. Rly hoping it gets a boost on iPhone 14 cuz as a content creator I don’t see enough reason to upgrade my 11 pro max to the 13

I just found a 11 pro 512gb, brand new for good price but in the meantime I found an 13 pro 128gb in great condition with hardly used 100% battery health also. I don’t know which one to keep now.
The 120 refresh rate, 5G bigger battery was definitely a reason to upgrade from the 11 pro. They’ll definitely notice a difference in smoothness and responsiveness of the new display. So upgrade if you have an 11 pro.
Not when the 13 pro it’s over 1k usd. 120hz is nice but not really that big of a deal, I’ve used them side by side. 5g is also useless and I leave it disabled on my 13

I personally don't use the 13 pro telephoto camera, the 13 is a better option though for me.
I think it's not worthy to upgrade from 11 to 13 like you're giving the extra bucks for only the tag of 13 pro
