Everything we’ve seen so far suggests Bill O’Brien is the best coach we’ve had in a while. Looking forward to seeing BC go far in 2025 and years to come once his recruits are here and developed.
I wouldn’t put that D line in the same category with the O line when we talk the Trenches. Yes.. They would have greatly excelled with Donavan and Hormsley but this D gave up 20 points and 7 were b/c of a short field. Considering .. this D did an admirable job. The O Line was absolutely dominated in the running game. We know why. But that’s where BC lost this game. If Drew had opted out before the game, it might have been different. But when he left… it was a free for all to get players in positions. Simply put… there was no Plan B or C or D. It may be unfair to put that on Applebaum b/c there were so many other variants. Trapilo and Conley opting out…Bowdry’s injury….When first teamers opt out.. the Nebraskas of this world will always be in a better position than the BCs. And its Depth. I agree with both of you.. Don’t put too much into the result of this game as it relates to BCs future. Including the special teams blocks. That has been a Nebraska problem all year. Their version of our punting game. And finally… the only similarity between the coaching prowess of Hafley and OB is they both finished 7-6. That’s it. And Hafley accomplished his 7-6 with the easiest schedule in recent memory. We have some excellent coaches. The future is bright.
Appreciate all the work that you and Mitch do. For BC being a relatively small school, the analysis and insight that you guys bring is big league.
Thank you! We appreciate you!!

AJ, where was Treshaun Ward for this game?
Believe he was hurt
I wish BC traded places with UNC. They would’ve crushed UConn for an 8th win. Plus, it’s easy to hate and root against UConn.
👏👏👏
