    Thanks for posting the course videos! What is the book you've referred to at 0:33?

      This course mainly uses Mark Newman's "Networks: An Introduction". I'm glad you find the videos useful!

      @@justinruths9590 thanks for your prompt reply! I'm working on the analysis of a selection of biological networks. Generally, I'm more focused on the conceptual and applied part of the lectures. Two specific points at the heart of my work are, first, finding the most appropriate metric for generating the similarity matrix (e.g. Pearson correlation), and secondly finding a way to combine two different similarity matrices representing the same set of connection together. For example, imagine two networks representing the correlation between friends based on their rating for music and movies. Combining the two matrices, one way or another, should give a better picture of how close the friends are.
      I would highly appreciate it if you could share with me your input regarding the two points I've mentioned above, or a resource that cover them. Thanks in advance.
