When you fight ares first don’t go for the head, go for the arms, using other weapons you can hit 2 of them at the same time. Other then that, just try some runs where you focus purely on dodging.
Rod of discord can be and absolute saver when it comes to bossfights, especially ares. I saw u get damaged many times and many of those could have been avoided by using the said Rod.

ok, got rod of discord, and im figuring out a not op weapon to use for exo mechs. also I was using ark of the cosmos for parry

imo ark of the cosmos is absolutely the worst for exo mech's, try using something else maybe
