In 60's and 70's tv series there were plenty of beautiful and hot women, and just to give an example: Dawn Wells (Mary Ann- Gilligans Island), Diana Rigg (Emma Peel- The Avengers), Yvonne Craig (Barbara Gordon, Batgirl- Batman)!!
I knew i was straight at age 4 looking at lynda carter.
@@yankeeed15pr and Ed don't forget Peggy Lipton on the Mod Squad! And Cheryl Ladd from Charlie's Angels! They were both underrated beautiful
@@yankeeed15pr oh and before I go - another who was underrated was the sophisticated Julie London as Dixie on Emergency! Brains to go with the beauty
But of course I grew up and most of all I have the love of my life reality-style! It took me until I was 44 in 2016, but fast fwd to today - my girlfriend and I will be together 5 years in February and she is the most beautiful of them all inside and out! No one compares! Best thing that ever happened to me
So cool to see these folks again and they all seemed down to earth.
Forty three years later and that show is still on the air 24 hours a day.
The late Denver Pyle stated that 'D.O.H.' was one of the last clean shows on t.v.
I remember being so enamoured with Catharine Bach as a child. My little mind couldn't fathom how someone could be so beautiful. She was and quite possibly is the most gorgeous woman I've ever set eyes on❤
Yes, I felt the same thing about lynda carter aka wonder woman.
She was. Right after my mother
Barbara Eden was mine
Farrah was it for me. She was like no one I'd ever seen.
@@kdwaynec Mary Ann, Kelly Garret
Due to all the 'mugging' and goofy stuff they had him do as Roscoe it was hard to see it, but James Best was actually quite a good looking man!
He was also a really good singer/musician.
Watch some old westerns he was in.
Talented man. Do u remember him on Twilight Zone?
@@privatebubba8876 Oh, I have, that's part of the reason for my original comment!
He played guitar and sang on The Andy Griffith Show.
That was awesome! Id forgotten what a player Rich Dawson was with the ladies on tv lmfao 🤣
IKR! Playr
So much fun! A blast from the past!😊
TH-cam serves as a great time machine..
wow, how times have changed, for the worse i might add.
😂😂😂You were thinking the same thing hmm?
Yap
Yes so sad you can't just walk up and kiss any woman or child you feel like. Fuck off.
@@shannonchristie7640 what sad is your mind thinks like that so you fuck off
Don The Legend is that you???
I'm here after watching Judy Norton's channel check it out. Wonderful memories of the Waltons.
People were more intelligent that time.
They have really good answers.
And looked healthier... slimmer.
Thank for sharing.
slimmer doesn't mean healthier. this is why people get eating disorders
@@rosegroshek6098 -True, but I don’t think eating disorders were any more prevalent then than they are now. I guess I’ll have to look it up to be sure. Still, and I’m not saying this to detract from the deadliness of eating disorders, but a far, far greater portion of today’s population suffers from obesity and all the health conditions that come along with it. I think the observation Kesa Loma made is valid and concerning.
No Ozempic, 😂.
I miss watching these shows. It brings back such wonderful memories. I loved watching Denver Pyle on the Andy Griffith show.
Briscoeeee darlin
BEST 3 shows ever. Duke's of Hazard, Walton's and Family Feud.
When TV was fun, The Dating Game was Hilarious as well.
They all seem like genuine lovely sincere people and also I miss them programs they were part of my childhood the Waltons and The Dukes of Hazzard and of course how could I forget Lost in Space my favourite
Sorrell Booke was a genius!!!
Rest in peace, Denver Pyle, sorrell booke, James Best, Richard Dawson, and any of the Walton's cast members that have departed this life.
Actors never die, they live whenever we feel like watching them over and over again..
@@Evan.Arapis Nope....not the actors......only their character lives "whenever you feel like watching them."
@@joemarchand8313 I meant every time we watch them period, in character or out of it, same goes for our beloved ones, we watch them in videos, pictures and we never forget about them, they live in our hearts for as long as we live..
The Feud waltons are still with you in 2023, but they played for Will Geer who passed
Thx for posting this. Brings back childhood memories watching it with my family
Watching this put smile on my face that lasted a long time!!
It would have better if Richard Thomas and John Schneider was there
Richard Thomas had already moved on from The Waltons by 1979.
Can't have them all. Rosco and Boss Hogg were my favorites so glad they were there especially.
They all look so terrified. Actors at there most vulnerable. ❤️
@@fmthebaron Those two were a show within the show!
@bucky468 Jealousy is an ugly thing.
Did you see how shocked Denver Pyle was when Richard Dawson said he belonged on an album? He was blown away by that incredible compliment!
Humility. Lovely to see & you know that's a person you could trust.
I’m 56 and am revisiting my youth. I am watching the entire Dukes of Hazzard series on DVD. Currently in the middle of the 2nd season and am absolutely loving it!
So good to see Sorrel Booke out of character. I'm currently watching the series on dvd. Not seen it since I was a kid in the 80s.
Thank you for posting this! I love the Dukes of Hazzard!
You will probably notice that almost all of these celebrity Family Feud editions that are playing for a special cause, the 10,000 dollar questions are very common/easy questions to get the more or most popular answers
Wow, middle school kids actually wanted to work when they grew up.
My my my how the times have changed
Yep. Kids today don't want to do anything but play video games.
@@yeager6882 oh cry
Yeah! We always talked about what we wanted to do growing and where we were going to stay
@@roderickbush8690 yep, most of us had some basic life plan to pursue. Most kids today just whine. And cry if they have to do anything.
I love it! I was 9 years old and my parents watched this.
Me too.
2 Fantastic TV shows with incredible actors and actresses 🥰 Nothing fake on any of the girls, not like the actresses of today 😱 Thanks for the memories of a better time in the world ❤️
I forgot about how Richard Dawson used to yell “Survey Said!!” during a win or lose moment to add some excitement.
It's amazing how times have changed. It seems they were so innocent and shy. They were flirting but low key. I miss times like that. Now everyone gets offended with everything thing. Tom Wopat (Luke Duke) was so handsome.
Hello Tammy, How are you doing?
No it's called being aware of everyone else's feelings - pretty sure you are in the majority so you were never affected.
One TV best shows ever to the actors and actresses who passed away my thoughts are with your family you may be gone but not forgotten you guys still rock on after all these years later appreciate the memories your legacy continues on thanks ! Joe
I loved both shows and I love Family Feud!
I remember back then...everything just felt great....I'm getting so old...I lived 30 minutes away from the dukes of hazzard filming..
What a treasure! So it's nice to see them in this alternative setting, just being jovial and chill. On the Waltons during this time, they were in the middle of the war, so their demeanor was more morose. Anyway, I'm enjoyed this a lot. And, watching this in 2021: wonder how Richard Dawson would have dealt with the kissing in the middle of the pandemic...LOL!
With a mask on
They did a great job on their shows and I miss watching them
James Best was in a lot of old B movies, always as the hero because he was very handsome back then
Like in those 2 episodes in Andy Griffith.
watch "ode to billy joe"
Very underrated.
Sorrel Brooke led an amazing life and spoke 18 languages as well as Morse code. He once talked in 5 languages at one time while cursing out Rosco.
😂
He spoke morse code?
Oh man, that gave me a good laugh
I first watched this at the age of 9 when the Dukes of Hazzard was THE show.
How did women in the 70s get their hair like that??! It’s beautiful!!!!
Pert Shampoo.Plus curling irons
I would use a round brush and hair dryer.
Hot rollers and a round brush.
Blow dryers, round brushes, and curling irons!
Wigs, extensions like every other decade.
I kissed John Schneider in Texas when I was 3 at the Ft. Bend County Fair. I still remember it to this day!
Catherine bach is so freaking hottttt
(Was)
She had a lot of miles on her even then. She was like a 77 Buick with ducktape on the bumper and a rejection sticker.
@@StanSwan how'd you know what my 77 skylark was like?
I’ll bet he had a 3-some with Daisy and the eldest Walton girl after the show
She was beautiful.
I wish John Schneider had been on there as well.
He has his own TH-cam channel now. I just subscribed 😁
It's under his name.
And Ben Jones...
@@ChuckstaGaming yeah I subscried a few months ago. I love his channel. He's great. He's a many of many good things.
@@LegendaryRadioJock gonna have to check that out.
John Schneider has the best TH-cam videos.
Denver Pyle acts the same in character as out of character. Love it!
Funny how all the Walton's women and young teenager women kissed Dawson on the lips ,but Bach pulled off to the side for a cheek kiss
A lady has the choice to direct the kiss anywhere, or refuse to give, accept one. (Same for guys)
A predator for sure.
He's not creepy. It was their choice, she refused on the lips, that's perfectly fine. The kiss was not forced.
"Elizabeth Walton" was like 13 here, but that didn't stop Richard.
@@rjrobertson1420 Ick!! That’s the creepy uncle you direct others away from at family reunions…
thanks for sharing this, this was a gem to find!
I wasn't even born yet when Match game came out, but I love watching it. Ugene Rayburn, Brett and Charles. Hollywood will never be Hollywood again.
40 years ago...my God!!!!
I remember this. I was 9 years old in 1979.
Back then there was no cable and only the basic 13 channels.
13 channels ?! Little fancy there weren't you ? Lol !!! We had 3 for a long time but eventually got a whopping 5. Times sure have changed fast. Can you imagine if kids today all of a sudden had only 13 channels. I think we might all be better off.
I was born in 89 and only had 2 channels lol
And lots of drugs and alcohol and you know what...
@conor j shammy Youre lucky ...we only had the radio
There weren't 13 channels. 3,5,8,19,43,55,61. That's it.
I've no idea why this was recommended to me. And I've no idea why I watched the whole thing. But I did. And it made me happy.
Mary McDonough (Erin) was the prettiest Walton in my opinion
Absolutely!!
love Erin
