I'm pretty sure that's the movie on which they met and became friends. Murray's Zombieland cameo was originally supposed to be Patrick Swayze, but he tragically passed before filming. Needing a replacement, Harrelson called Murray himself and asked him to take Swayze's place.
oh man, saying you don't know much about Bill Murray has opened you up to a LOT of movies, Ghostbusters, Groundhog Day, Caddyshack and Stripes, just for starters
For some fantastic, very early Bill Effin' Murray, watch old episodes of Saturday Night Live from 1977 through 1979, when he was a cast member on the show. Those years were iconic, with some of the greats, Dan Aykroyd, Jane Curtin and the funny AF John Belushi all also being cast members.
Every time I see this, and Columbus and Wichita talk about being in 8th grade in 1997, it really makes me feel old, because I’d already graduated high school years before and been married for a few years by ’97.
The sequel is just as good. I watched the first one when I was about 13. Thought it was awesome. Lovely to see another upload from you. Looking as beautiful as ever
"That'll do, pig." is definitely not a Bill Murray movie. It's from a movie called "Babe", 1995 Starring James Cromwell. And that's all I'm going to say about that, since I don't know if you've seen it. The last scene with Bill Murray was, I believe from Caddy Shack (Which was a Bill Murray movie)

This is one of my favorite action/comedies. I highly recommend the sequel, which came out 10 years later with the same cast. Even Bill Murray makes a cameo during the ending credits!
For Woody Harrelson, "White Men Can't Jump" is a good and funny movie, light hearted. "No Country for Old Men" is a great movie with him in a more minor role.
Besides the sequel Zombieland: Double Tap, another zombie comedy I recommend watching is Shaun of the Dead. Other films with Jesse Eisenberg include The Social Network, Now You See Me, Now You See Me 2, 30 Seconds or Less, Adventureland and Justice League. Columbus is in Ohio, Tallahassee is in Florida, Wichita is in Kansas and Little Rock is in Arkansas

I agree with you that this role was definitely made for Jesse Eisenberg. His portrayal of Lex Luther was, to put it mildly, uncomfortable. I think that was in part of whoever cast him in the role. And Woody was awesome as Tallahassee! Emma and Abigail were great, too. All four of them worked well together. You'll definitely want to watch the next one. It's even funnier. 🤣 Great reaction!

Great reaction like always, Love this movie. And a fun-fact, this script was originally written as a TV pilot for a series but the network didnt bought it, so it was turned into a movie script. Had it been a series we would've found out more of Columbus' rules as it went along and had a different Zombie Kill of the Week for each new episode. They didn't have a "movie ending" in the original TV script. So this was put together just to rush the movie out.
I can't see a Twinkie now without thinking of Ghostbusters and this movie. You should watch White Men Can't Jump (1992), Woody Harrelson's first major movie role, filmed while he was still doing Cheers.
