    Here we have a short but sweet collection of great stick exercises for full body, inspired by various martial arts practices.
    Be free to spend as much as needed with each section, being mindful of the breath and trying to be as effortless as possible.
    Tip: The longer the stick the better!

    Now that's a tasty snack! Confession: I don't always do your practices (my basics are Yoga and Flow/Movement), but I always incorporate various aspects of your practices/philosophy/pedagogy.

      The longer the stick the better, also a bit thicker would be ok as well
