For CIDR 172.168.3.0/30, the no of IP address = 2^(32-30)= 4 , and no of usable IP address is 4-2=2
For CIDR 10.0.0.0/8, the no of IP address = 2^(32-8)= 2^24 , and no of usable IP address is (2^24)-2
