the best atmosphere in a game by far
indeed! feel like dragon age mix by dark soul, even at low level i felt intimidated by enemies there are certain element of horror on it

akshay dhage i am much older than you kid . the graphics on warcraft 3 looks like a shitty cartoon . disciples 2 is a cult classic . that means long after other games are forgotten people still play and adore disciples 2 .

This game has this atmosphere that no other game has. Especially the monster designs
when facing blue dragon, you should command wait in the first round in order to heal but well, that was 5 years ago lol

I found that using Death is better. Damage output, weapon immunity and 60 initiative. First round of attacks dragons are dead
@@jcmartinez1799 its a cool idea to go 6 elder vampires but unfortunately he chose the wrong scenario, u fight a lot of dragons and powerful double slot enemies here so going for phantom warriors would have been better. He could have used this strat in any other campaign map and it would have been fine

I like your approach 'not gonna load the game every time something goes wrong'! When I did my LP, I 'gave myself' a Joker card, which let me re-load the game once, but didn't reload more than that, so did it kind of an ironman way, but not with overly much pressure :)

And this is the right decision. I play without "Load Game" because I that way learn so I do not make mistakes and I think before I do something just because I know I will not return behind --- just like in real life. ;)

That fight with blue dragon would be so easy if he hadn't throw away hag ring last mission. Against single enemy it's near 100% chance to transform it into fat imp, doing 30 dmg to single unit, instead of 120 to all. But I guess it's more interesting to watch like this.
Hadn't thought of stacking elder vampires like that. When you're strong enough to level initiates without them dying, I go for wight or death. a weapon-immune frontline is basically invincible against anything except dwarves that use a lot of giants and dragons (And only dragons are really dangerous).
I think the most hardest race is the undead, because they have a lot of good units with speacial ability like drain, or immuntis, and u need to build a good strategy witch is hard to find out in pvp.

Iirc it's better to use paralyse because petrify I think adds armor value to the target. Or maybe that's just disc3.
The problem is any drain units heal back 1 - 10 life if he attacks 1 unit. So this party will be die in the 2. or 3. turn.
Nosferatu, Ghost Warrior x2, Shade, Death x2 is the best setup of Undead army.
if you gonna keep Deaths in the back anyway then Liches would be more effective

He has his own build that fits his playstyle thats the beauty of the game. But i do agree for the undead, warrior is the best. Shade just sucks and u dont need it cuz phantoms paralyze for multiple turns and i sometimes like to put 3 archlich in the back cuz of their damage(90x3=270=HOLY SHIT they destroy everything) ,this party is also good for capitals

I disagree. Mage lord is my best hero type, becouse, he can use stafs and schrols at lvl 1, maybe orbs as well, dont remember. AND in Undead vs Undead, u need him becouse of fire dmg, AND also that leves your party efective for ALL enemyes combos, Dragons included. Also, Soul Stone for all paralasis, and 1xShade(back up paralasis), 2xPhantom Woriors(2xparalasis), and 2 Elder Wampires for healing. So in the end Mage with 70 armor goes to first row, first strike, all paralized, game over.

My team was 2 shade, Nosferatu hero, 3 phantom lord. The shade dont worthless... They need 850 xp / lvl and they get 1% more to hit chance. And if u clever u steel/buy from the mage shops the lvl3 empire speel witch gives u 20% more chance to hit form the start.
Why i use 2 shade with phantom lords? Because The phantom lords have 50% chance to hit paralysis, and they need 2100 xp, witch is to much. While my phantom lords get 1 lvl then my shades get 3 lvl.
what is the difference btw dark prohecy and rise of the elves?
Dark prophecy is the original Disciples II game. Rise of the elves is an expansion pack.
Elder vampire is good, but hard to lvl up... The start is hard with 3/5 initate, and u lost a lot of day at the beginning. In addiction u cant destroy capitals wiht 900 hp 250 dmg gaurdian. I agree u can drain a lot of hp, but this is true only when the party has 4 or 5 units, and Obliviusly the AI has lvl 1 or 2 units that u destroy in the first turn, if u go to destroy the capital.

i agree but it is safe to say that he is an ok noob...but he needs a lot of practice...also the shade is worthless...even buffed it still misses a lot...i would like to see him play the frist game...that one is a beatch :D on easy...the empire missions were hard with 2 patriarchs :P
