I am super intrigued by the facial massage techniques- you look really beautiful here! Also I’m reminded about tongue circles …people saying doing tongue circles have vastly improved nasolabial folds etc.

I'm in a private fb group for a YT influencer who promotrd Ziip. Many members bought it and the units were defective. Just like you. The owner did a video in the group to apologize for the quality and assure they would exchange defective units. Many people had difficulty with multiple units. I would drop them too if they took issue with being truthful about their product
Congratulation on the new job!! Very interested in the message tips! The same thing happened to my ziip but it was shipped that way! I agree with you that they should have pulled a recall. Penn Smith did a video with the owner of ziip because her subscribers were taking it out on Penny. It wasn't Penny's fault! Owners response, they are a small company that grew to fast and went with a cheaper manufacturer because they couldn't keep up with sales and they used a different glue. I did receive a new ziip but now I'm wondering how long it will last.

Thank you so much! I can’t believe your ZIIP shipped that way. I must have missed that video with Penn Smith. Was it in her FB group or here on TH-cam? I’m not part of her group. But in all honesty that is no excuse! This should not happen to a device that is $399. When you cut corners, to keep up with the demand or cut cost so you can make more money, it comes back to you in a negative way. What they have done is shown us, that they have put the burden on us, with having to keep returning our devices, fear of using the device that could potentially harm our skin, and if it’s going to break again. They need to recall the devices, and stop sales until this issue has been fixed. Maybe completely redesign the device. I know plenty of other companies that are smaller than ZIIP, and they put out quality devices that last, without cutting corners. The only thing ZIIP has going for it at this point is their customer service. I have no confidence in the ZIIP or my replacement they sent, as this will be my third device. I just ordered the Foreo Bear 2 and the Medicube Booster Pro to test. I’m hoping one of them will replace my ZIIP for a quick treatment and for traveling. My suggestion is, if anything happens to your ZIIP and they offer a refund, take it. As I don’t believe it will last 6-12 months.

@@AlohaJennsBeautyBlog I'm pretty sure it was a TH-cam video but somehow the video is now gone. I am apart of Penn's facebook group and it got very heated in there about the ziip. You can say there are a lot of disappointed consumers. Keep us posted if you find a better device to replace the ziip!
@alwayscurious5063 ahh, more than likely ZIIP had Penn remove the video. I’m assuming because there was so many comments about the complaints, and ZIIP would not get any sales. That is pretty shady, and is a major red flag. I will definitely keep you posted. Xoxo

Also Jenn..I also got zapped by mine a few time too. It hurts a lot. I’m very careful not to push it into my skin.

Thank you so much for being honest about your experience with the Ziip Halo. There is no comparison between the quality of the GX and the halo. I know there have been a few I have read about with the Ziip GX. With the Halo. The problems have been so very widespread. As many as 2-4 replacements needed. Their business model concerning this issue has been replace, replace, replace. Yes, there should have been a recall. That would have been the right thing to do. But to this day, they have not. My replacement is coming this week. This is for a device that I rarely use, only for a quick treatment a few times a month . I thank you for publicly bringing the many issues of this cheaply made device public. I may be wrong, if I am- please feel free to correct, me anyone. You are the only one who has stated the truth on TH-cam. We all want honesty and transparency. If you are paid, then, your best interest is to remain silent? No, honesty above monetary gains should be a priority. Thank you again! For everything!
Agree Jen take time to rest as you need! That’s much better than getting burnt out. Everyone will wait around for ya, we care about you! You aren’t a machine you’re a person.

My ZIIP Halo gets warm and sometimes has a buzzy, ringing sound. I notice it more when recharging and I just noticed that the edge of the silver top part is starting to lift. I had just emailed them a few days ago so I'm glad you have mentioned that it has flaws. I thought it was only my device. Thanks, Jenn!

There is definitely something wrong with your ZIIP Halo. Take pictures and send it to them with an explanation. I used their contact form from their website, they responded back to me very quickly. This is a known issue, if your device is under a year old, I believe you will have two options, 1) replace the device 2) refund. If you don’t want to keep going through the hassle of these issues, I would suggest getting a refund. As I will be on my 3rd replacement now, unfortunately I can’t get a refund because I’m over a year now. I personally think they should do a global recall, as this is bad business practice to keep selling a device that has know issues, that can potentially harm people’s skin.

Thanks for getting back to me. I'm encouraged to know that I'm not alone and that ZIIP has good customer service.
That was not true for my Higher Dose mask which kept going on and off. They initially responded but ghosted me on my next two replies.
I also want to thank you for posting a video from last year where I could upgrade my Pico Toner to the Pico Toner II for a minimal fee. I wouldn't have known about it if it weren't for you.
I appreciate your integrity and all your videos.

Hi Jenn! I haven't been on here in a while so didn't know you have a new job. I'll have to look back at videos and see where you are.I love doing face massage. Are you still using Viktoria DeAnn? I am on my second kit now. I like it a lot. I had no idea sponsorhips could go up to 20K. People have been vocal on Penn Smith's FB group abotu the ziip issues. I had an issue with the GX and they sent me a new one. Had another issue with it and they sent the Halo. I agree. Made poorly. So many issues but great customer service.

My 2 previous gx ziips were defective, probs were rusted and plastic was cracked. Yes their CS was awesome they replaced my ziip even after warranty has finished.
I was really excited to purchase new one but now i don't know what to do 😢 i really love it
Do you think you can put the probe back?
Please recommend any device as ziip for the lift and puffiness ❤

Thank you so much for watching! Also thank you for sharing your experience with your ZIIP OX. I had no idea that there was issues with that model. I still have my original GX from 2015, and it still works. I never had any issues with the device, just the programs being too strong. That is wonderful that ZIIP still replaced your device after the warranty. But in reality these issues shouldn’t happen. They need to find a better manufacturer, and have better quality control.
Two devices for you to look into: Foreo Bear 2, and the Medicube Age R Booster Pro. My friend Darcy from the @brazilliangirlchannel has a video series on both devices. You should check them out, she demonstrates them for 30 days with full tutorials of each program and modalities. That will help you decide on which one is right for you.

Great content. I have 1 question, are narrowband UVB light therapy lamps safe to use on the face and could they provide any skincare benefit?
Thank you so much! Narrowhand UVB light therapy is prescribed for those who have Psoriasis. It’s recommended to use under a provider’s care, with a prescription. There is not enough data for long term benefits for treating Psoriasis at this time. I personally haven’t seen it used in the treatment room, here in the US for skincare benefits. I would recommend asking your dermatologist to see if it’s right for you. As it does require a prescription for use.

@@AmyKaylasVegasI don’t think you can go wrong with the new Aduro mask. It’s more powerful with shorter treatment times than the original. I love my original Aduro masks. I have no doubt that the new one is fabulous. If you like the green light, I would definitely suggest the new mask. At this time, I prefer the panel. But in the future I may pick it up. Darcy from @brazilliangirl channel has a video on the new Aduro mask. I trust her opinions as she is one of the only honest people here on TH-cam with her reviews even for sponsorships. Darcy is the real deal. I believe she has a discount code for it too.
