দিল্লি থেকে জম্মুর পথে প্রচন্ড ট্রেন লেট...If Indian Railway answerable ??? Huge Late...🫣🫣🫣🫣

We booked Shri Shakti express from NDLS to Jammu , which was supposed to reach at 3:40 a.m. morning on 9th July 2023 at Jammu Tawi. Unfortunately train got huge delayed and reach to Jammu at 12.40 pm noon.
This train schedule departure was 7.05 pm from NDLS on 8th July but reschedule @12.05 am.
We had to reschedule our overall plan, for such delay who had to cancel our car booking hotel booking. it is huge monetary loss. who will bear this additional cost ??
one more time pathetic delay experience from Indian railways.
Our this tour is planned for Amarnath Yatra 2023.
