During my Amarnath Yatra, while returned to Srinagar I stayed Hotel Lala Rukh, which is under JK Tourism, a government hotel.
This was a huge property at Lal Chowk just in the heart of city. They have deluxe, super deluxe, dormitory various kind of Room facilities along with in house restaurant.
Through this video I have shared my staying experience in Lala Rukh.
Location:Lal Chowk, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir 190001,India.
How to Reach: Nearest Railway station is Srinagar, which is locally known as Nowgam.
Nearest Airport is Srinagar Airport.
This town is well connected by Bus from Pagelgam, Jammu etc.

I had completed my Amarnath Darshan and returned to Baltal Domel around 3 pm on same day. Within 12hour I had completed my trek including darshan. After having some food in Bhandara at Baltal I looked for transport for Srinagar. But came to know from some cab drivers they won't allow any Yatri... because after 3pm no Yatri is allowed to leave Baltal Domel. What to do!! I had to spent the night ...
