Not exaggerating, I've seen countless trekking videos, vlogs, documentaries and many more but my most favorite "TO-WATCH" trekking channel is yours. Subscribed to you since I watched your Goechala Trek and Sandakphu Trek. It was a mesmerising moment. Keep it up. Since in India there is not much hype regarding Trekking presently it will blow up soon in the future!
Loved the serenity of the place and your vlog. very well done without any unnecessary noise . Pure nature and raw video. I've always wanted to create something like this and maybe i will. This indeed inspired me.
This video truly captures the essence and beauty of Buran ghati. I was there at the same time, 29th May batch with Bikat. Enjoyed watching this, a good memory revisited with this ❤
Tremendous Video!! One of the best shot videos along with some great audio editing both ambient and music,so calming and relaxing to watch. Thank you for Posting.
I can clearly see the kind of efforts you have put in to make this video. I will be trekking on the same trail this june and this video is soooo amazing and gave me the whole new excitement. Good job brother.
I appreciate the landscapes and the mountains and everything else like they should be appreciated. But more than that, I appreciate the carefully crafted time you put in and compiled this video. It’s like sitting down and having a conversation with nature and i am here for it.
Buran pass and buran ghati both are different ah ??! Why there is rappelling?? That will only for to reach river campsite or anything???! And again snow wall is there so many members falling down with enjoy.. can you explain me briefly please....
Pass is basically a saddle like structure which connects one valley (Ghati) to another. So the pass is called Buran Pass at 15000feet and the valley is called Buran Ghati. We rappel as the height of the snow wall is high, and rappelling is a safe way to descend. as there is lot of snow, we Slide down as it is much faster way to travel 😊 Hope that helps!
Appreciate your work man , I can understand that double mehenat camera rakh kar jao phir lene aao. because I'm also doing this only. keep creating magic🌺
Hi, what were you trekking batch dates? We are planning for Buhari ghat trek and do not want to miss out on snow rappelling.. I researched and end of may seems good to get snow.. Too much earlier batches of May might cause restrictions on rappelling due to bad weather.. Is it true?
Hi, it's really hard to predict the weather like in 2023, there was too much snowfall and even late June there was too much snow that people were not able to cross the pass. But it is expected to get a good amount of snow in the month of May. But nothing is promised at the same time.
Amazing video. This may I will be experiencing this beautiful trek but confused which trekking shoes to buy. Can you suggest as you have been to this trek. 🙌
I personally use Decathlon's SH520 which is a snow hiking shoe, which does well in we conditions as well, only negative thing is that its not good for summer hikes as it has fleece inside, so i own another summer hiking pair. MT100 TEX is selling on discounted price, you can check that out, but after trek you need to clean and dry it properly else the sole will rot, this is applicable for all trekking shoes, wear it once in a while
Hi Himanshu, yes I was there with India hikes this time. During the night we just chilled, had chat with other trekkers and shared our experiences. The IndiaHikes tents are permanent but I think that will change as permanent tents are no longer allowed in Himachal and Sikkim. If you want I can share the Itinerary here if that helps. Cheers mates and thanks a lot for watching my content 🤙🤙
@@krishanbanerjee Thanks for reply, yeah you can update here. How much does india hikes charges and how many people are there in one group. And can we do it alone?
India hikes generally take around 20+ people in one batch...we had 22 people, there are pros and cons to it, pro- you get to meet new people, share your experience, they teach a lot of things which will help you hike better and they are very well organised. Con- when hiking it feels crowded. Buranghati with India hikes cost around 15000+5%gst + 300 insurance. To do it alone you need to get a guide, it's mandatory, you can get guides from Janglik. It's better if you contact them earlier, as there is a permit you need to get before you start hiking. It's not a difficult trek, but the day you hike from Dhunda to Munirang, your knees might be sore.
Yep, though it's not recommended, but yes you can. Just get in shape, mentally and cardiovascular wise and you should be fine. And also learn how to properly pack your bag and carry it, as that helps a lot. During my first trek I didn't know that so that caused some issues.
we took a flight form CCU to Delhi, then took the Himsuta HRTC bus from ISBT, reached Rohru via Shimla, and from there took a camper(jeep) to Janglik. Hope that helps
yep, basic fitness you'll need is : please do this for at least 2 months before the trek strength wise 20 x squats (5 sets) 20 x lunges (5 sets) 30 x calf raises (5 sets) do some core training as well, helps to carry heavy bagpacks sit ups x 20 (3 sets) leg raises x 20 (3 sets) crunches x 20 (3 sets) plank hold for 2 mins in 2 sets cardio wise 5 kms in 30-35 mins. burpees x 10 (3 sets) cycling and swimming are good alternative but running is more useful, if you can do that you're good to go :) hope that helps
length of trek is 15 km and they are taking 8 days to complete it, so basically if you can walk you'll complete it easily 😂😂😂. I have never done a sit up in my life, me and couple of my friends completed it in 3 days, while carrying all our gear and food.
Amazing content bro, now I want to start trekking by seeing you. I've done some research but didn't finalized any one. I'm looking for Kauri Pass but it seems that it mostly done in winter. Is Kauri pass good option in end of april or May?
In reality, the Buran Gati trek spans just 3 days. However, the trekking company you entrusted has stretched it to a cumbersome 8 days, exploiting you and your fellow trekkers. Their mistreatment of your struggle to keep pace remains conspicuously absent from the serene facade depicted in your pretentious video. Despite attempting to emulate the tranquil style of Kraig Adams, your silent storytelling only serves to thinly veil the truth beneath a veneer of false serenity.
For me it was a vacation, the more time I spend away from home the better, so I don't mind spending 8 days rather than quickly completing in 3 days, It's not a race for me. Thanks for stopping by and watching the video though I really appreciate it.😄
No extra bak bak, only the beauty of nature

Late may and early June in pre monsoon, post monsoon August September I think..but the moraine gets exposed so makes it more difficult
