- Ship modeling - How to make the metal parts
In this video, I show you how to create all the metal parts for your ship model by using brass. I suggest using raw brass for your ship model which is a more resistant type of brass and is the one navy board modellist use.
Consider that, if you'd heat raw brass (raw brass = hard brass), it will lose elasticity, but it will become easier to work with when cold if it's a thin piece and when hot if it's a thick piece. If it is subject to compression (eg. hammer beating) it will regain its hardness.
For most pieces, you won’t need any electric tools.

Buonasera scusa il disturbo, vorrei chiedere, se per sfortuna un pezzo piccolo di un kit di un modellino da costruire, si perde e proprio per questo non si riesce a continuare, è possibile ricostruire tale pezzo di plastica senza uno stampino? Esiste una specie di pongo o di 'didò' come quello dei bambini per riprodurre il pezzo?se si cosa dovrei acquistare?

@@Tagliamare buonasera grz, è un modellino statico di una moto da corsa, sto provando a rifare un modello che mi regalarono quando ero adolescente e nel mio disordine che mi caratterizzava persi 2 pezzi del cambio di questa moto, ed ora senza quelli il resto della moto non può essere ultimato
