The Lions entire coaching staff is Class AAA. HC Dan Campbell has set such a high standard that it's obviously contagious throughout the whole organization. Extending Goff, Sewell and St Brown let's them ALL know that if you play hard, maximize their talents, continue to improve, you'll get paid. If The Lions stay healthy and take care of business in The NFC North, they can hoist A Lombardi. A parade in Motown after hosting an amazing NFL Draft Event, would be just right.
Born in 93. Barley saw Barry because I was 5 when he retired but I knew what he meant to football and lions fans. Calvin Johnson is arguably one of the best receivers of all time. But other than that this franchise has been the most pathetic thing in Detroit. As much as I “love the lions” I never got my hopes up when the seasons started. My concern is the edge rusher opposite of Hutchinson… can Davenport and Paschal stay healthy? Will we see James Houston’s 2022 form? Will Mathieu Betts make the roster? I do think hiring Terrell Williams as DL coach will help
Betts will have trouble making the roster. Davenport and houston will probably split time opposite of hutch. I could see davenport playing 60 percent of the snaps on the edge. If we could get houston back to where he was a couple years ago, it could be one of the best d line units in football. Just having davenport is an upgrade from what we had last season. Love our d tackles just need to find some consistency opposite hutch

The fact that Wirfs is getting paid more than Penei Sewell is WILD to me. I understand the whole next man up mentality but Sewell is BY FAR the best tackle in the league regardless of being Left or Right side and no one on the OL should be getting paid more than him.
