He needa to file H1B petation ...and appear for lottery system if selected then only he can proceed with H1 B which will be fir 3 yrs initially and could be extended until 6 yrs as per request
My son is on F1 since 2012… has done High school, undergraduate and post graduate in STEM stream… is self employed under OPT…. How can he get H1B fast??
