Good video. You do get a bit more amenities than the cheaper places you reviewed further down Soi Bong Koch, but you're paying more. Still, good location. Thanks!!!
Very good work. No luxury, but very decent and everything I would need for my retirement in Pattaya.
Thank you, Sir
I think even if small , the one bed set up is better than a studio
vous faite des belles vidéo bravo a vous ♥♥♥
I love the fact it has a full kitchen! You keep saying spacious, but on video it seems a bit cramped space wise. All in all though though not bad for 13k/mo. Is there another AC unit installed in living room area? Or will the bedroom one have to work overtime to try to cool down the living room space? Also in the video the woman seemed to indicate that there is no set weekly cleaning it is on demand for 500b per cleaning?
Another great video Red ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Your accent Liverpool/Irish? 😁😁😁
You’re absolutely spot on 😁👌
Can you tell me their contact information? I was there last October and really liked the place. I lost their card. Thanks
Great video, I'm trying to find somewhere to act as a starting base!
What area of Pattaya are you wanting stay?
Hi.
Enjoyed the video.
Can you do older buildings with larger rooms under 15k?
Cheers, glad you enjoyed it.
On my channel I have dozens on videos for condos/apartments In Pattaya for under well under 15k a month
This is the most decent one I've seen that you've shown. Only 2 things killed it for me. One, I don't understand why most of these places don't put a TV in the bedroom. The second thing is not a very good view. I wouldn't mind paying 20-25,000thb for those 2 things. Especially if I'm on the 25th floor on up. That's what I like. Thanks.
It just goes to show we all prefer different things.
I prefer lower floors , and don’t like tv in the bedroom.
@@Openeyesopenheart42 Yeah you’re right. Seems like I can’t go to sleep unless I hear just a little noise but low. Also set the tv at the darkest setting to keep all of the light out for the tv. At the end of the day, it goes by what you’re willing to spend and what will make u happy.
@@Paul_R1206 most places are pretty accommodating too, if you wanted another tv mounted in the bedroom they would allow it and it would cost you next to nothing to install.
Was a nice little place for the money though, I can’t wait to get back to Chiang Mai , hopefully very soon.
Cheers 🍻
@@Openeyesopenheart42 Would they buy the tv or if I bought it and said once I leave they can have it, just take the tv off of my rent. Would they do that you think?
@@Paul_R1206 many would buy the tv have it fitted and raise your rent a little, others would probably take up the offer you outlined.
Thais are wonderfully accommodating people.
Can I get a discount for the fact I'm never going to be using the gym, I've got much better things to do with my life than to waste it running on a treadmill, I can get enough exercise from a good walk. 😅
I'd take a decent set up gym over walking outside in 30+c heat & high humidity any day
@@clrodrick Maybe you're in the wrong country then, try somewhere cooler.
Agreed, Walking as an exercise is hugely underrated. I walk on average about five miles a day out here and my cardio is the best it’s ever been
@@PremierTraveler A good walk every day will give you all the exercise you'll ever need, a good balanced diet will keep you healthy, then instead of wasting the limited time we all have in a gym you can spend your time enjoying the beautiful country & loverly people you travelled half way around the world to see, you won't get that in any gym on the planet.
what a ridiculous comment LOL! Thailand has many things going for it, but I know of *very* few people that go there because of their love of the weather. Even many locals complain of how hot & humid it gets, and most of them don't have AC. I can get a *much* better workout spending 90-120 each day in gym compared to walking around in 35c 90% humid weather outside there is zero comparison. I will still walk a few km each day outside just going about my daily business too of course. @@user-ol6rd7pl5t
Is this for a 1 year contract ? 6 months ? 1 month? Obviously we all know the prices change if you take a one-year contract, 6 months contract or even if they do a one month contract ? It's not clear so my question is 13000 a month for !??
All of Red's videos seem to be based on a month to month lease
@@clrodrick as you clearly say so even you're not sure 100%ny point is there's a massive difference between a 1 year contract compared to a one month rental if they even do that. Be also nice to know if they do a nightly price there's no point asking. Can you bring a friend because you're renting a room for two😁 ??
@@clrodrick I live in Pattaya I would say it's a 1 year contract? I watch some if his videos as I've friends that ask me to find them places to stay when they come over
I am 99% certain it is a month to month lease. Not certain if they offer discounts for longer stays that is a case by case basis. Maybe Reds can start asking that question in his videos@@enzoianniello7144
Nope it is month to month. He also asks if each place is okay for two people and every single manager has said 'yes' for every video I have watched. Maybe Reds can chime in@@enzoianniello7144
what about my cat? 😸
Your cat and that leather couch may not be a match made in heaven 😁
Ive seen better, cheaper. I think i will stick with jontiem.
