Nesting grounds I feel like is a must for The Watcher in the Water. You can move your stun counters on to any permanent! Helpful in speeding up the process of removing them or locking down any permanent that is causing issues. The Ozolith has also come in handy when they keep removing The Watcher.
Watcher needs the Alchemy treatment to get Shroud for as long as it has Stun counters. It would simulate being too deep underwater to target until it surfaces and kinda give a "Boss Monster" vibe. As for underused Commanders, I'd like to see Dovin, Grand Arbiter. I think a handful of people built around him when Brawl was still 60 cards and then never more. I also have a hard time building one myself 'cause I just can't decide what route to go with it, whether it be just control, artifacts, tokens, flyers, lifegain triggers... a mix of all of those...🤯
If your opponent had just equipped their Fireblade Charger at 43:20 after casting it, they could have suicide attacked into you and won. Sometimes you get opponents with tunnel vision and they fail to see those outs!
Just from the deck tech i can tell im gonna like this deck. As for legends would love to see you cover furgal ive been loving him sinc i found him, hes alchemy but i think you will find him interesting
A commander I have had some succes with some time ago is Kaya Orzhov Usurper as a kind of kaya and exile tribal deck. Maybe something like that woud be interesting for a video. Btw I realy enjoy your deck builds for these videos (and the videos themself of course)
@@MTGJosh i think so too, he was confused when that one creature he thought had double strike, didnt trample over for the win, but I think it just had first strike
@@MTGJosh the different combos: hard cover + any free sac outlet, intruder alarm + tap draw a card, free sac outlet + symmetry matrix, kindred discovery + CMDR. so technically i dont have 8 but the verity counts
Phylath, world sculptor is an extremely underplayed commander that i think has a lot of great support from recent sets. Fecund Greenshell + Phylath seems like absurdly good synergy. Bristly Bill + Phylath looks strong as well. Sunspire Lynx, Nissa(s), Enduring Vitality then old classics like Craterhoof Behemoth and Primeval Titan? I mostly just want to see Greenshell + Phylath go off though lol

@@TheRicardobtc the shroud idea is brilliant. Maybe island walk too
usually when regular cards get alchemy treatment they are nerfed, were there alchemy treatments to regular cards that were done to buff them?
Yes there are a handful but you'll have to Google it. Several have been reduced in mana cost.
Ugh. Alchemy

That goblin is pretty nasty!
I'm kind of dying to see a Yarus, Roar of the Old Gods deck. Load it up with the best facedown creatures and mechanics (in Gruul, anyway).
Oh that's cool I'll take a look into it ☺️
29:18 i feel your pain
Thank you 👍
Would love to see an ertha jo Brawl deck. She has a really awesome ability that doubles targeted activated abilities
Oooh that's really coool, totally missed that! That actually works really well in Breya

An excellent final game 🙂
@@joshdao77 merci beaucoup
That final game was insane, he couldnt get those last 2 points of damage in 😬😬😬
I feel like he maybe could have with that goblin!

So a mono blue deck with Cycling on many of the cards? This deck is a literal whirlpool!
Ikr!
The ulder deck didnt seem to have any synergy with in itself
@@Roguewarlock6319 hmm yeah it was a weak build!
when i made my version of this cmdr on arena i ended with 8 infinites lol
That's crazy

@@MTGJosh cool deck though dude. Love the Watcher's artwork. I didn't think of using it as the commander. I just put it in my Kraken deck.
