This is why I love light triggers. Visual triggers work better for me and lights are the only one that can be done with your eyes closed. Awesome video!

I randomly clicked on this video and boy oh boy am i regreting i did not know about this channel earlier , as soon as i clicked on it and as soon as he said "close your eyes" i instinctivly closed them so i decided to play along and follow instructions , when he shined that flashlight i actually saw the light trough my eyes closed and everything and his relaxing voice , so tingly man , thanks.
