Things to consider - know your roof material (TPO or EPDM) - remove all vent covers - ensure your sealant products are safe for your roof material - seal up all your vents and edges with safe sealant, roofing tape
NOT true. Pressure washers have different tips. You should use a WIDE tip such as 40 degrees and stay at a flat angle to the roof. Just dont use a narrow tip pointed directly at the roof at a close range. Its all about how you use the pressure washer.
When you say you use 2 1/2 tub, how many gallons are you talking about? ......... For $239. you can get 4.75 gallons with Henry 887 tropicool that covers 318 sq. ft. in just One coat
Haha! Pressure washing was the easy part! We aren't selling anymore, we've decided to keep it. We will put a video out soon explaining why we changed our minds

How’s the roof holding up now since you did this 1 1/2 yrs. ago?
I’m wondering too
so three coats with one can or how man cans did you use total? my trailer is 25 feet
You shouldn’t use a power washer on a rubber roof especially older ones they could tear a hole in the roof
Its perfectly fine to use a power washer, in fact its recommended by the RV roof coating specialty companies.
