My uncle has it. It's unbelievably comfortable, even after all these years. Those vw were made of a supreme quality I think. The same words can't be expressed for the lasts vw.
tfsi is just the badging in audis, while having the same engines as VW tsi. so tfsi and tsi is the same. Also most of the cars share the same platform, so basically the same car in different clothes. (platform is not equal to frame, these dont have frames, they are unibody cars. platforms are basically the general structure and main equipment altogether.) And yes, basically same company. The badging thing is the same when there was the 1.3 multijet diesel from fiat in corsas called 1.3 cdti, in suzukis 1.3ddis. Same thing different names. Also ford got most of their diesels from PSA, so originally they are called HDI, (2.0hdi, 1.6hdi, 1.5bluehdi), but ford calles their diesels TDCi in europe, so they were 2.0tdci, 1.5tdci etc etc.
I had tiguan 2.0tsi r line with dsg and except strangely high city fuel consumption i cant tell anything bad about it , now I change to passat alltrack 2.0tdi dsg and its nothing better except fuel consumption xd

But it has a small trunk size(space):-((
Nice Tiguan! Good video Joe!!
These were everywhere and then they just seemed to disappear overnight. I guess most of them had timing chain guide issues or the DSG grenaded itself.
I would like to buy Tiguan 1.4 tsi or 2.0 tsi,I dont want diesel because I will use it only for 10.000km/year
The new design are much better.
