Always blows my mind that South Africans tend to want to explore outside of South Africa when it all exists right here. Granted in other parts of Southern Africa there is greater diversity, but you don't have to travel so far for an amazing experience...

Thank you for a great series, I really enjoyed it seeing a part of the country I live in from another perspective. I have done the trip to Die Hel on a motorcycle and in a vehicle. On my bucket list is Seweweeks poort. I can't wait for the next series. Keep it up.

Matt, Seveweekspoort is a river bed, all Poorts are river beds! Thats why its flatish! There is a slight gradient - rising 500m over 17km, because rivers tend to flow down hill. But yes, it is a heavenly Poort.
