Bought the TOOO Cycling DVR80 before December 2022 and it looked great on the bike, light was bright, everything seemed to work except never recorded a single second of footage. Seemed to be an issue were it gets 'stuck' in one mode and there's no way of resetting the device. Overall, seems like a great product with a very serious and unfixable bug.

There’s no App to change the date and time...it’s kept super simple however with the battery being so large, once you’ve set the time, it’s more than likely that you won’t need to set the time and date again as the battery will last 7hrs on flash mode and record
@@chillitechnology I assume that the time is set using the camera buttons if so how can you tell its correct do you have connect to the computer to view ?
I ordered one of these rear camera lights on 3 Oct, I got no email confirmation of the order although my payment has been taken. Chilli-Tech support number is just a recorded message and there is no response to my email queries. This is concerning and I have no idea if my camera has been dispatched or if it ever will be....not a good way to do business

Hi Mike, Unfortunately, I was less fortunate, I received my order, only the camera recording would not work, I tried everything to activate it, but with no joy. Paul the owner, only replied to me once via email, many of my club members had issues with the thing overheating whilst being charged, we returned our product and asked for a refund or claimed the money back from the our credit card or banks. In hindsight, the quality of his website alone should of raised red flags, I hope you do not have any issues with your order, do let me know if you do, I will be better positioned to navigate how to get your money back.

There is a file called timestamp.txt - open this and then change the date and time and save the file. Each time you use the cam, check this file as it always defaults to the original time stamp.
Good device but mine arrived with a defect: video gets 100% blurry occasionally. The Tooo team is ignoring all my email. I'm disappointed, so don't recommend this product.

I've currently got a 32gb SD card in there which is a San disk extreme which works so I purchased a 64gb San disk extreme, unfortunately that doesn't work either. Can you please advise on this. You can buy a rubber wedge for your seat post then just use the mount provided however you'll need for bigger Orings

There’s no App to change the date and time...it’s kept super simple however with the battery being so large, once you’ve set the time, it’s more than likely that you won’t need to set the time and date again as the battery will last 7hrs on flash mode and record
